IF you work so you aren't home during the day...RECORD THOSE NUMBERS TIME AND DATE. DOES NO GOOD TO TRY REASONING WITH THEM. BE SURE you KNOW what your paperwork says from top to bottom. Get copies of it. On one of your COPIES mark what you did not agree to that you knew of. ASK THEM for copies of paperwork and any policies they have on your home. They might be getting you to pay for life insurance on your home owner.
