Vanderbilt mortgage/Clayton homes are not good people to get a loan from. they take your money and wont work with you at all. very rude and only hang up on you. i have a lawyer and we are doing a class action suit against them. i am asingle mother of two and taking care of a sick mom. i put alot of my savings down on this mobil home and i will not sit back and let them take my home from me. i am following through with this law suit.
