Be careful with this company... Vehiclelight.com. I should have read the reviews on Yahoo shopping before placing an order to the tune of $100 +.

The reviews all read about the same, "never recieved items, no communication, charged credit card and didn't deliver, won't return email or phone calls."

I regret ever trying to order from this company, they WILL NOT return your call or emails. The customer service voicemail goes to Kurt Shuler, whoever he is, and you will not get a call back.

Email? Forget it, they won't return those either.

They have a very professional looking website, and items and prices are attractive, however, they are are a complete rip off.

Look around Yahoo shopping, they have horrible reviews, this website should be closed down.

Kurt,

I never stated that my personal credit card was billed, others have complained about that. I complained because you have ignored my emails and voice-mails for almost a month, with no communication, that's not the way to run a business.

You have over 100 complaints on Yahoo shopping, about exactly the same issues I have experienced.

The only reason my card was not billed is because 1.) I requested that my card company deny the charges and 2.) My billing address was incorrect.

I do not want the items, I have found a reputable company to purchase them from.

No charges from your company will be accepted by my Credit Card company.

This is in response to John London's claim about our company charging his credit card for an order he placed with us and never recieved.

Our policy is we do not charge a customer's credit card until the product is shipped.

John, your order has been on backorder and you credit card was never charged.

John, please provide proof that you credit card was charged. We have tried to get a hold of you several times with no response.

Please look at you credit card statement to verify your Credit card was not charged!

Here is some feedback from Yahoo.

The only positive feedback they have is what they have left for themselves



I Ordered some LED lights on 1-21-08. They said I should receive them via UPS in 3 business days. It has been a month, and still no delivery of my order. I have contacted the company 3 times, and each time they said it would be shipped in the next day or two. Very poor company, I will never do business with them again!



I placed an order and when I tried to check on the status of the order, after a week, no one would return emails or phone calls.



Deceptive advertising, wouldnt provide refund for a returned item. Website and catalog photos show two utility trailer lights, the description says kit but in the box they shipped was only one light. They said one light is considered a kit... They refused to provide a refund even when I followed their return procedure and obtained an RMA number, so I had to get the credit card company involved in order to get my money back.

Almost impossible to get a call back or email from merchant after numerous attempts of contact.

No answers after multiple attempts to contact and find the status of my order. Terrible customer service, I might have to have call my credit card and have the charges reversed. Will NEVER shop there again and recommend to anyone and everyone that they NEVER shop at vehiclelight.com EVER.

Never received my order and never received any answers to my email inquiries.

One of the products received was not the product ordered. I emailed vehiclelight.com and left a message on their voicemail. I have not received a response from them a week later. Use at your own risk. If I get a satisfactory response from vehiclelight.com, I will attempt to update this review.

Been a week, no shipping info, no delivery, no one answering the phone. Definitely didnt ship out the same day or day later as the website claims.


I ordered 2 LED trailer lights the 1st of Sept, still have not received them. Two e-mails to Company have still not been responded to. I requested a UPS tracking # and to know if order had actually been filled. No response. Seems like pretty poor customer service.


Placed order on 7/19/07..this is 8/06/07 order has not been delivered. No response from customer service, tracking number goes nowhere

It took over 2 weeks to receive the items. I would not buy from this merchant again, just for this reason. The items were fine, but very poor shipping



I have not received my order and have not had any follow up email sent to me to tell me about the status of my order. I placed my order on April 5th and its now April 19th.


I am not very satisfied with the fact that this is the second time I have ordered from vehiclelight.com and I have had to ask for my tracking number so I can track where my package is. You got your money upon order, all $110.99 of it. After paying that ludicrous price for three LED lights, I expect feedback about where my order is. After I get my order, I will not order any of my LEDs from vehiclelight.com.
