This is a report of this company, Ventura Volvo, is taking advantage of Volvo Cars of America.
One of the owners, I shall call him Chris, his real name being Per, buys cars at the auto auctions and than has his managers repair/replace and get the cars ready for resale by billing the work as warranty work. Doing it under factory warrenty is not suppose to be done to recondition used cars for resale.
Chris also has customers cars repaired under warranty, when if fact they are not in new car warranty. How you ask? He submits, really he has his employees submit, faults claims on used cars that are under new car warranty.
If fact on one of these repairs, they sued the person in small clains court and won a judgement, but still submitted a claim to Volvo warranty and got reinbursed.
The other owner, we will call her Sue, also trys to have the manager submit claims to make up money for a car that was delivered damaged. She wants the body shop repair paid for, when it was her mistake on trusting the delivery drive that the car was picked up damaged and he said to bill dealer in the trade.
I also heard from a manager that Chris and Sue pack a few dollars on the auction cars he buys. This is so they get paid first. I do not personal know of this, but trust the person, Jack, who mentioned this.
I would really enjoy speaking to Volvo Cars of America on this matter, I call a problem, maybe even fraud. I will even talk to the DA, if needed.

Robert,
I am also a resident of Oxnard who trusted my vehicle to the service department of Ventura Volvo of Ventura, just to end up with no vehicle and no way to replace my vehicle. I feel the management and ownership are completely greedy and underhanded with no sense of right and wrong or accountability, you can read my consumer complaint on Ventura Volvo as well on this site...My e-mail is (((ROR REDACTED)))

Volvo Cars Of America took no action

It just shows to me how much Volvo Cars of America backs thier dealers. They sent a nice letter, but in fact took no action to correct the made up claims. I even wrote to Ford and still no reaction. If anyone is interested talk to Per/Chris about his feelings on cars from Asian countries, his thoughts on how much a potter should make and how he talks about the Hispanics. One of his employees left and almost over night was making 2 times in money doing same job. There is a mistake in the listed phone number. It is 805-644-9933 and Per/Chris or Susan would like to answer the charges (LOL). By the way, if you are terminated or quit, they will talk badly about you for life. One person was interested in moving to Ventura. Susan's comment was, he would want to much money and hire family members as he did before.
