Vermont Teddy Bear Pajama Gram Insult to Injury, Internet

Hello. I just recently placed an order 11/2012. I purchased two very different bears for my parents who reside in N. Carolina. My father called and said their packaged arrived and there was only one box. Vermont Teddy Bear sent my mothers bear which was personalized with her name on the paw wearing the clothing that was suppose to be on my fathers bear. So not only did they mix that up but they only recieved a total of one bear when I purchased two. Around the same time when I ordered those bears which were incorrect and not fulfilled my father and I both bought the 200.00 6ft Hunka love bear which was delivered to me hanging out of the box. My fathers bear is supposed to be overnighted tonight on 11/30/2012 which I have yet to recieve a confirmation email and I want to say thanks truly for messing up my parents gifts and sending me a
bear not properly packaged.

To add insult to injury I was only offered $25.00 off my next order? I dont think I want to order from your company anymore after all this and really until I see the bear I paid for delivered I will not. I am sorry but I have not had the best experience with your company and being a small business owner of a sucessful Insurance Agency my opinion is the whole experience is upsetting and most likely wont ever order again and friends and family need to know about this.
