My name is Bonnie and I am a license holder of Suddenly Slender. I must start off by saying I cannot beleive the trouble you have gone to and you should take into consideration the people you are hurting who are License Holders and Franchisee's of the company.
I have held my license for over 8 years and Suddenly Slender has helped me with any and everything I have ever needed. I am in the process of becoming a Franchisee right now. I have never had any issues with any of the solutions or mineral powder in 8 years!!
Also I would like to address you saying that they will sell licenses next to you if you are doing good business. That is completely untrue. If you do what you are supposed to do and run your business like you should be you will not lose your exclusivity. We have all been there and the people who are being led by Mrs. Riley are just trying to make the company look bad. It's quite sad how much of your time you have dedicated to doing so and you should take a look around and realize it's not working. There are obviously people who tried to open their business and failed. That is not everyone else's fault. Look at the mistakes you have made and realize it's your own fault and you are just looking for someone to blame.
There are not "all these complaints" there are complaints fro one person who has a bunch of groupies helping her out. I have actually inquired about the allegations that the solutions are "contaminated" and I was send reports showing there are no issues of contamination at all.
I love Suddenly Slender and will back them up all the way. They have helped me out tremendously and I can't wait to finalize becoming a Franchisee!!

You personally do not have any proof of what you are talking about. Please simply admit that you are one of the followers of one of the ex-employees of Suddenly Slender who has Vowed to put Suddenly Slender out of business

As you do know Suddenly Slender HAS provided proof from an independent laboratory that their products are safe.

The truth is there are not many complaints. There are more complains about the food at any McDonalds everyday then there are about Suddenly Slender.

These are my comments about your complaints.

Complaint Suddenly Slender is selling contaminated products since 2001.
Are these complaining people serious? Bad FDA reports for 7 YEARS ?
That is simply not possible.
I owned a restaurant and every 90 days I was inspected by the Health Department. If I failed anything and did not have it corrected in 30 days I would have been shut down. Do you really think that the FDA is that irresponsible as to let a supposedly KNOWN contaminated product on the market for 7 years?
Think about it.
The FDA is not required to send a letter stating All is OK their job is to find or suspect that things are wrong and once corrected then their job is to NOT write another complaint letter.

Complaint Suddenly Slender products do not work.
How can anyone say they have been running their shop for 3 years and then claim that the products do not work? Does that mean they had Zero percent repeat business? Most Suddenly Slender locations experience an excellent repeat business percentage. Clients regularly purchase 3 to 10 wrap packages as well as join some type of membership so they can continue to get the results they have been experiencing.

Complaint Suddenly Slender advertising was Lose 6 to 20 Inches in 1 Hour and now it has changed. OK ..so what?
Every company has the right to change their advertising slogans, etc.
Does that mean that Coke is no longer the real thing?
That I can NOT have it my way at Burger King?
I do not think so!
All companies change to meet what clients want or to comply with new government regulations. Why would Suddenly Slender be any different?

Complaint Suddenly Slender businesses fail TOO often.
Think about what you are complaining about, BEFORE you type up a bad report on the internet.
Let's take the complainers numbers as fact. Suddenly Slender has a success rate of only 20% or whatever. The fact is 95% of ALL BUSINESSES fail in the first 5 years of business! If BOTH these percentages are correct. Then you have a 400% better chance of succeeding with Suddenly Slender, than the national average.

The fact is that these complainers have a new place called the internet, to voice their excuses for not being successful and not managing their business correctly. The Suddenly Slender products work. The wraps are absolutely wonderful.

Many people do make a very good living as salon owners.
The real question is, Why are the complainers NOT making money?
May be they need to look in the Mirror.

Why do many Suddenly Slender salon owners have more than one location or own several territories?
Is it because these people love to lose money?
Or is it more likely that they ARE making money?
Think just think about it. Use some common CENTS here.

Just so you know -
I am not an employee of Suddenly Slender.
I have had personal experience with several successful shop locations.
I have been wrapped and do use the Suddenly Slender products.

Conclusion -
EVERYONE thinks they know how to run the business better than their boss.
I am sure there are things that need improvement within Suddenly Slender.
It is the same with every company.

Rather than complaining about Suddenly Slender, why don't these people concentrate on Their business, improve Themselves.
There is a library within a few miles of everyone's home.
There are training courses on marketing, accounting, sales, etc. everywhere.
There is help from Suddenly Slender by picking up the phone and asking.
Find out what the successful shops are doing and DO IT!

Improving yourself and your business knowledge is the best way to be sure you are successful in whatever business venture you are engaged in.

I have personally been getting the Suddenly Slender body wraps since 1996 I have gone to numerous locations and have always known that it must be a hard business to do since the place would be open one minute, and closed soon after. I have done hundreds of body wraps and I have also seen the operators of the wrap locations work very hard in the service they provided. I saw the girls working rolling the bandages, mixing solution, measuring, wrapping, doing laundry. And that is just what I saw them doing, I know they were also cleaning, answering the phones, and more.

I heard from the wrappers that it was an expensive business to be in because of the high cost of supplies, and other overhead. And that the Suddenly Slender office did not help with advertising only providing them ideas to promote themselves. That is what is really going wrong here. I think the franchise should be helping these places to stay open.

I have had hundreds of the Suddenly Slender body wraps and can say as a customer that the wrap works. I love the way my skin feels after a wrap and how relaxed I feel. I do really notice that my skin tightens up. I really LOVE the wraps. I know it is not a permanent process, but what is? I have to get my hair cut every month and that is how I view getting my body wraps. It is one thing that I do just for me. I do know that it makes a difference as to who is wrapping you. Yes, I would go to a location one time to try it out. But it is a very personal service to me, and I do choose that person like any one that I go to for any personal service. I am willing to drive further for a good experience.

It is unfortunate if the company is misleading people on how successful the business will be. I'm afraid that the Suddenly Slender office is only interested in selling businesses. What they should be doing is helping the businesses sell wraps. The wraps are what works and I hope there will be someone to do them. If it is too expensive no one will be left. I do feel sorry for the people that invest in the business and do not do well. Most of the people I have been to have been very nice. It is always sad to see someone fail.

Like I said I have done hundreds of body wraps and none compare to the Suddenly Slender wraps. I have never ever had an adverse reaction from any of the Suddenly Slender locations I have visisted over the past eleven (11) years. I trust the wraps and don't think anyone should worry about the safety of the solution. I do advise that if you walk into a location that does not look clean or has an odor, that you should not have a wrap there. I think that the cleanliness of the place is important and I'm sure if anyone had a problem that would be the reason. I know once place place I visited left the bandages wet for days and I could smell the mildew when I walked in. No wrap for me that time. I don't think the body wrap solution is a problem since I have experienced so many different places and all using the same Suddenly Slender solution. I have taken friends and family members with me over the years, and we have all had wonderful results. The Suddenly Slender solution is not the problem.

Bottom Line, the problem is that the Suddenly Slender company is only interested in selling businesses, not selling the body wraps. If that were the case, more places would stay open. Because the more people that know about the Suddenly Slender wraps and use them, the more successful it will make the Suddenly Slender company. Get a clue Suddenly Slender!
