I signed up my fiance for her art business, I have a degree in advertising so when I was approached with this offer I got it immediately. My sales person was very knowledgeable, he answered questions and was completely honest. I was never once told I was guaranteed business, he just explained that they are able to target consumers and direct them to my website. Obviously, if my website converts it will bring in qualified leads. I built my fiances website www.bestcustomart.com (it redirects to www.temeculatattoo.net), previously we were getting an average of 7 contacts a month. Now we are getting an average of 30 leads a month, generally we have a 95% closing ratio. This is due to the nature of our business, i'm sure that other industries may be different.  I've built 3 business's myself, I work hard and I keep up with programs that will boost my profit margin even a little bit. I'm not saying Vidgits is the only marketing tool you need, but it's a way to brand your business while getting some good return on investment. I will point this out, I did all my SEO for this website myself. I am on on the very first page of google, look for yourself type in temecula portrait artist, temecula tattoo artist, temecula pet portraits, temecula tattoo artist. We had many views before Vidgits, now it seems like the people visiting my site are actually looking for our services rather than browsing. The only reason I am writing this review is to show that Vidgits does work, it's funny to me that business owners looking for that golden ticket are actually horrible business owners. To be successful you need to brand your business, focus on the right radius, get in front of qualified prospects, period. If you don't understand this please keep your comments to yourself about great companies like this. Just because you heard what you wanted to hear, did not do your due diligence don't open your mouth. Plus it takes an average of 90 days to see and track any real results with any marketing program. Also, I do all my SEO myself for $40 a month with result. So, maybe if you were smart you could stop paying SEO companies hundreds a month and place your money on programs that work.

I had campaign running in PA. For 10,000 views ($299.00) I had less than 150 clicks. YES only 150 clicks according to them, but on google I had only 50. NOBODY CALLED !

These video marketing campaigns... no matter how promising they sound... really never catch on.. when you're watching videos on Youtube and such, no one really pays attention to the advertisements at the beginning... especially not a little home grown video made on Animoto like they use.. then just add voiceover using Adobe Permiere or After Effects. 
Be careful with them They upset lot of customers find that on http://www.trustlink.org/Reviews/Vidgits-LLC-206438506. They are claiming A+ rating on BBB but guess what? According to BBB Vidgits.com is not accredited with them. You can find proof on this forum and picture taken on BBB website.

I received a phone call from Vidgits asking to do business. What state are you in? They said they are just rolling out to NJ. Also, did anyone who clicked on your ad call your business? Did your profits increase slightly?

Vidgits.com is to young to have BBB accreditation BBB requires min 1 year from opening the company to get accreditation!

That is their policy.  AS of 2/24/2012 Vidgits is not BBB ACCREDITED Business

on 12/12/2011 I have opened account

on 12/16/2011 EVENING I have received 15sec video (made on Animato with added voiceover using Adobe Premiere or After Effects) and a short message that approval takes 3-5 days.

Same day 34min later I requested to change 4 photos that I included in the email. - NO RESPOND FROM VIDGITS.com

on Monday 12/19/2011 I sent another email to double check if they got my pictures

8 DAYS LATER NO RESPOND FROM VIDGITS!!!

on 12/27/2011 I sent another email to double check if they received everything? NO RESPOND FROM VIDGITS.com

3 DAYS LATER on 12/30/2011 I received email from them (14 DAYS AFTER) saying that they are short in staff!

on 1/02/2012 They called me asking me If I could send them pictures again, so I did within one hour

on 1/03/2012 They sent me complete new video I gave my confirmation same day, at perhaps recorded line I asked when are they going to do my SOCIAL WEBSITE - their answer "AFter submitting this new video please give us couple days"

on 1/17/2012 I've been still waiting for google approval (14 DAYS AFTER MY APPROVAL - I WAS TOLD 3-5 DAYS)


on 1/19/2012 FINALLY AFTER 16 DAYS MY VIDEO CAMPAIGN IS RUNNING - so I asked them again where is my social website "we still working on it"

on 1/23/2012 I asked if I can have the video - I WAS TOLD that it is going to cost me $149 WHAT?, apparently they still were working on my SOCIAL PAGE - IT IS A JOKE HOW LONG YOU CAN WORK ON THE SOCIAL PAGE????

SAME DAY I REQUESTED CANCELLATION - I have not received confirmation
and my campaign was still running!!!

I called them - vidgits did not call me back 

FINALLY week later  I had a phone call from Vidgits.com perhaps on recorded line  saying that "they are very sorry and will stop my campaign also due to not finishing my social website I will get partial refund, but they will call me next day with details" THEY NEVER DID, NEVER CALLED ME BACK

AFTER WEEKS MY CAMPAIGN WAS STILL RUNING ! 

I WAS TRYING TO CONTACT THEM COUPLE TIMES - I WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL.

ON the beginning on Feb 2012 I sent them email saying that I will contact my attorney,
Next Couple of days I received email with account cancelation but still I NEVER received MY PARTIAL REFUND DUE TO NOT FINISHING MY SOCIAL WEBSITE!!!


Former employee contacted me and verified couple things and how unethical business practice this company represents!!!

I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW ABOUT THIS SITUATION... AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VIDGITS.COM  TO ANY BUSINESS EVEN WORST ENEMIES.

It is with true concern that we address this complaint. Vidgits has amassed more than 1000 clients and continues to grow as a result of our commitment to delivering true value and service to our clients.  This company became a client of Vidgits on December 12th 2011 having purchased a 10,000 views package for $299.00 monthly. 

A welcome aboard email was sent December 12th and was followed with a phone call December 13th that resulted in a successful contact.  The initial video ad was completed and both an approval call and email were sent December 16th.  Video ad went live with Google on December 19th but was placed on hold after a second video edit request came from client via email December 20th. 

This client requested that images be replaced with new ones he would provide.  After receiving a high resolution logo and four new images from the client a second video ad was completed Jan. 3rd
2012 and the corresponding email and phone call notifications were performed.  The client reviewed and then approved the video January 4th 2012. 

The 10,000 view package includes production of a custom video ad.  In this case the client refers to delivery timelines contained within a contract he had with Vidgits.  Vidgits prides ourselves on our
performance and results model and as such we only offer month to month agreements.  There are no promised delivery timelines of our custom videos as both the content and approval are
dictated by our clients.  In this case the initial video ad took only 4 days. 

The video ad was then submitted to Google for approval.  Google approved the revised video ad and the guaranteed views began occurring January 18th 2012.  The final views were achieved February 15th 2012 totaling 10,265 with an overall Click through Rate (CTR) of 1.46%. These
results are reported to us by Google directly. 

The client cancelled the account January 24th 2012.  No additional billing took place and no
refund is warranted based our creation of a custom video ad (at no charge to the client) along with the delivery of the guaranteed views. 

As is clearly evidenced above we maintain regular contact with our clients logging each and every interaction in our internal system.  Phone calls are not only logged but have emails sent to confirm conversations at specific intervals throughout the process. 

It is extremely rare and disappointing when a customers experience with Vidgits is such that they feel compelled to issue a complaint but that said Vidgits takes great pride in our A+ BBB rating.  We have had a complaint ratio of less than 0.5% as any interested party would see by visiting our BBB listing.

It is difficult for us to determine if complaints like these are sincere and not another competitor trying to damage our good company name when the individual doesnt provide their company information.
