VIP In Rochester New Hampshire flat tire needing to be replaced Rochester, New Hampshire

I went in to Vip in Rochester Nh this morning with a flat tire of the passanger side in the rear,was told I would need a new tire,I was given a quote of $74.99 with free mounting,free tire rotation and a $2.00 disposal fee.I agreed and then also asked for a oil change which was $34.99 however within minutes they came out saying there was a stripped lug nut that didn't want to come off and they may need to replace it if it were to break.2 hrs later they said that they had to break the lug nut off and while doing so they also broke my rear brake shoes and said i'd have to pay to have them replace.i disaggreed with them replacing them and was given a bill for $235.65 original cost was 104.47 time 10:43am revised1 was 142.96time 11:31am revised2 was 235.65 13:16pm.... after leaving I went to another machanic and he told me VIP broke it it's up to them to replace it for FREE and I shouldn't of been charged and that this matter needed to be reported.How do I go about this????
