I have been unable to cancel this service either by phone or by letter. They call my home phone and cell phone daily under the "unknown" name. I no longer answer "unknown" calls. How can I stop the constant calling and cancel?

It's on page one in boldface and all caps.

If you don't follow the procedure in a timely manner, it will auto-renew on an annual basis.

You HAVE read the contract you signed..right? Didn't think so.

BTW, there are many calls daily under "Unknown" not just them.

Why would they be calling daily when you have existing service with them? It doesn't add up.
