I was told i had a week to get my checking account up to date it was 92.80 overdrawn.  I talked to the overdraft on a monday.  I asked them if i could get the account up to date with a credit card.  They told me they were not sure and connected me to customer service.  Customer Service said yes and connected me to automation.  I put the credit card nuber in and it said thank you for your payment.  I then called customer service back to make sure the paymeny went through.  They said it did.  It would be posted in 24-48 hours.  I called back on wednesday and the overdraft department said i was all set.  It did not post again so i called them back on Thursday.  They then told me that they do not take credit cards for payments and my account would be cancelled the next day. I explained the closest branch was over 120 miles away and i needed to work the next day (just started a job on Monday).  Even though they made the mistake of taking a credit card payment they did nothing to help me and cancelled my account on Friday.  I was unemployed for 2 years and finally got a job and on my feet.  I had a direct deposit going into my account on Monday night and they would not work with me for 2 business days. I could have sent them a check overnight on Tuesday to keep the account active but i wanted to take care of the problem that day and was given every indication that i did.  Can you help me get my account back?

***IT APPEARS THAT WACHOVIA IS PART OF AN 'ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATE'.......

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, April 30, 2011

according to information available on the web.

Anyone can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED BANK, WHO CONTROLS WHO VIDEO, and watch it on the web, right?

The charts being displayed at the beginning of that video are also available on the web. Just 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts. Wachovia Corporation appears in 'Chart 3', correct?

Wachovia was also one of the banks named for taking out 'secret life insurance policies' on its employees! Simply 'Google' this- WACHOVIA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and read the article for proof.

P.S. Anyone can type in 411913 at this website and go to Ripoff Report #411913 and read where Wachovia was named in that Ripoff Report regarding these 'secret life insurance policies', right?

Thank You

Confused

Okay you don't have an overdraft one day and have a week to get it cleared up.  If that was the case there would be a lot more people having their accounts closed.  By them giving you a week notice to either get it even or have it closed that means you were in overdraft for quite a while(at least 3-4 weeks).

You stated you could send a "check" overnight to pay it off.  First of all what account was that check from?  Also, if you could send a check overnight why didn't you do that BEFORE they gave you the notice?

It just looks like you overspent.  Then gambled in waiting as long as you could to pay it back...and you lost the gamble.
