Wadsworth Mobile Home Park Claude Frossard ,park manager, Fraud, decrepit, crappy, falsification, document altering, liars, cheats, thieves Wadsworth, Nevada

When I first arrived here in Wadsworth, Claude and Scott were notified that I would be on-site security for a specific mobile home in their park, while the relatives of the previous renter were going to go through and remove all of the personal items. This was ok on their part.

Then, when the money runs out, and there is still tons of stuff to go through, they decide to alter the original rental agreement with the previous, now deceased, renter.

It clearly shows on the original walk-through paperwork, that specific areas were left untouched, but "added on" after the fact. (This action is going to small claims court this summer, so I suspect the owners of the property that was stolen by these a*s-clowns will either be repaid in full, returned, or the trailer park will have new owners)

To believe they act all nice and respectful, until you have no other options, and then they steal your property, OR falsify their own pre-dated documents to make you think you are in the wrong.

If either Claude or Scott are reading this, you two dirtbags will get yours. And when you do, I hope you remember me as the one who started the landslide that is going to bury you both.

DO NOT RENT from these people. If you do anyway, make sure to get triple copies of ALL walk-through documents, and keep them in a safe place. If you have any property add-ons, (I.E. portable carports, HVAC units, etc) make sure to keep the installation information WITH the walk-through reports. For instance, if your walk-through is dated 01/10/11, and your installation of your HVAC is 01/12/11, make SURE that is with the walk-through, because when you move, THEIR copy will show the installation as the same as your walk-through date. Sue them, cuss them, and dethrone these hard-times scumbags. Stealing from the dead is the lowest form of criminal behavior known to mankind.
