Wall Street And Associates Bay Law Group Loan Modification Ripoff Encino, Internet

I was billed approximately $4,000 by this company and another company known as "Bay Law Group" for services related to loan modification.  Contract stated all fees were fully refundable if the loan modification was not obtained.  Received denial letter in March 2010, contacted the company and they told me they were trying to get me approved under a different program.  After 5 months of no progress I asked for a refund.  A few days later the company's phones went dead and e-mails started bouncing.
