first of all i want to let you know i have letters and regester letter stubs a some of the names of the people we talked to. also agency who we told to contact but no help. the would say contact thesee others and so on.  my partner and i brought a mobile home in nov.1998. washington mutual financed big mistake. we made payments on this home up until may of 2005 never a late payment and never with out home insurance..met life. the taxes where never late nothing was late or lapsed.   then the first of 2005 we keep getting letters from wamu saying we did not have insurance. we sent them the policy our insuranse person sent them a copy. we phone and so did our insurance person.  we sent to the certifed mail i started emailing washington mutual. we just got crap from them we talked to people in florida texas cal. washington state wi. and others.   our insurance person sent them a letter saying we where nevr late.      the then put there insurance on the home 10 x more than ours was and ours was paid for the whole year at this time. when we sent the payment in they took out there insurance and then said our home payment was late.   after several months osf this we got a loan and bought another home. told them to come and get there home. they sold it for 11thosound and we had already paid about 35thosound on it. we paid 40thosound fo it in 1998. they then put on our credit report and sold the account it has be 5 years and until chase took wamu over i was still fighting with them. i emailed and called again and again after a while they would not answer me at all. i got the number of the ceo kerry killinger and got ahold off his office person she said that wamu would not take letters faxes emails or phone calls any more from us. wamu washington mutual ca=hase bank our crap and need to have something done to them.  well i have all the paper  work to back all this up so i am not just hot air. thank you.
