 Well I don't know about the tracking devices, but I can say for certain that they are flagging drivers licenses of people they don't like. What they do is when someone gets pulled over in a traffic stop and a police officer doesn't like them, they add comments on a computer system known as an officer safety bulletin that goes out to every law enforcement officer within a 100 mile radius. These comments are only sent to other officers of that individual is perceived as a threat to society or to a law enforcement officer. In other words, they place that individual under surveillance due to an officer safety bulletin. But let's say an officer is a just a bully and doesn't like someone. They are not a threat to anyone and have never been convicted of criminal activity. The officer for whatever reason just doesn't like that individual and he sends an officer safety bulletin out that says "dangerous subject, use caution" or " may be in possession of drug paraphernalia" or " claims to be a member of a right wing extremist group" or " may be involved in criminal activity". Then that officer can turn that indidual's life upside down in a matter of minutes in one traffic stop! That individual is now tried convicted ,and sentenced to be placed under market surveillance where-ever he or she goes for as long as that particular flag is on that individuals drivers license. It's a way for cops to bypass the legal system and punish individuals they don't like. And how do other law enforcement officers and judges know that cop was no lying when he or she created the flag? They don'. They blindly believe the flag and follow suit. A person who has never been convicted of anything in his or her entire life may suddenly find that they are being watched, followed, and in some cases even a national security letter went out on that individual. How many lives have been turned upside due to these officer's safety bulletins? A woman with children could wake up to the sound of cops at her door and the DHS there to take away her children and it's all because of an officer safety bulletin. There bulletins aren't public, so it's difficult for an individual with these flags to find an attorney to remove them if they are false. Police Immunities also make it very difficult to file a lawsuit against law enforcement and there's not one attorney within a 200 mile radius who will even touch a case like that even if they are a civil rights attorney. So that individual is just SOL when it comes to fighting back against corrupt law enforcement officers who for whatever reason decided to put these flags or officer's safety bulletins out on that individual. A person could even find his or her home surrounded by an FBI S.W.A.T. team one day depending on how damaging and dangerous the flags are. These flags also alert Homeland Security officials when that individual tries to board a plane. So overnight an individual's life can be destroyed due to ONE officer's safety bulletin. This is really happening and it is a real problem in the Jefferson and Stephens County area. I agree these flags should be used on individuals who have been convicted of felonies and are out on parole, or individuals who have been convicted of serious crimes in the past, but not individuals who have never been convicted and have never posed a major threat to anyone. Even if an individual has committed a crime and was convicted, that individual still has civil rights. Again this is a real problem and people's rights are being suspended due to these officer's safety bulletins that can easily be typed up in only seconds. They are bypassing the court system, suspending rights, and causing an individual to be placed under the watchful eye of big brother by creating these officer's safety bulletins!

 I know her. And yes shes being picked. on. No one believes crap about the rice and tracking devices. But everyone knows of Waurikas unorthodox ways and bad habits. Her kids were never even got taken out of her home by Cps. It seems a tad odd how you say take care of your own business Stacey when the argument is about the fact she did nothing to deserve all of this. Especially. after the fact that her Ex was threatening her right in front of CPS. You better. knowYOUR FACTS before saying Somone is pathetic. Shes a good person. This report and the CPS report is just another reason people will refuse to responsibility for their actions!!! Tracking devices placed in rice, CPS removing kids because they are "evil" - JEES grow up and take care of your own business!

This is happening again in Waurika, Oklahoma

They have tried to isolate my relative with the help of CPS. They wont explain anything going on to her, the babies dads are railroading her for child support with the help of her lawyer Phil Scott, both fathers have the SAME lawyer William EAKIN and she has been told its bc she didnt adopt her baby and will be framed for muder while they use damaging info on the fathers and niether parent gets their baby. its horrible!!!!!! I thought it was crazy until I heard it from soemone else! They have nade ther fathers believe she has done something terrible and they wont let her see her babies!!!! I feel so bad for her, they have told everyone to stay away from her and anytime she has a friend come from out of town they freak out!!!!! they as in these ppl that are suppose to be her friends....They just all took a pool on her children and she is being made out to be the worst person ever! I KNOW she would never hurt her babies or anyone else! shes is scared s******* of everything now!!!!!

You mentioned Dennis Gay for the description of the report. I happen to know Dennis Gay has a been a good friend of me and my family for several years and he did agree to help me with that stalker guy from high school who wrote me letters just about every week! One night this same loser followed me to work in his ugly old car. I told Dennis Gay about it, and he agreed to help by having cops parked outside of the place I worked. That helped me out so much! It's not a convoy it's a surveillance team for the FBI. They're watching someone who lives in Hendersonville. But you're right about there being a lot of people involved. I don't know about Stephen Dyer but I know something funny is going on out on the highway. On South 81 just a little past the cowlot almost everyday for the past two years there's been a convoy of cars pickups semi trucks and vans. Whats strange about this convoy is they all go to a certain point and turn around get back on the highway and drive about two or three more miles and make another u-turn and drive back the opposite direction all day and night. Listening to it would make you think it was a freeway in Dallas Texas. I dont know why theyre doing that but it seems to me like they want to harass somebody or make somebody leave town. A lot of people are involved in that convoy. I saw a cop parked on the highway watching the convoy go up and down the highway in that area all day. I dont know if theyre getting paid for doing that but it sure smells fishy to me.

Stephen Dyer don't work for the Police Department any more. He works for the government now doing undercover work. He also works for the Volunteer Fire Department in Waurika on the side.

Now hold on there blue boy, are you saying that RFID chips can't be read from no more than a foot away when eaten and put in the system? What's the point of making them then? I happen to know prison systems have been using this method for keeping track of their prisoners for years. Not all RFID chips have the same frequency. Some are a foot while others can be read from 250 up to 700 yards away. The ones that are edible stay in your system long enough for security systems to keep an eye on you in lock up, or until the next meal. Some serve them in rice and others serve the edible chips in bread. They are used to keep track of prisoners in case of an escape. Nice try there blue boy, we know your game.

shouldn't be in your system for long it eaten.  The rfid chips that shelters use are about the size of a grain of rice, but are only effective to about a foot away.
