I am extremely upset that this so called company (WC MON TASTE 4 SAVINGS)  has ripped me off  for the last six months to the tune of $126.70 and I am demanding a full and complete refund of all monies fraudulently  charged to my VISA credit card.  It is well documented on the internet that these charges are appearing on consumer checking accounts after making a purchase from a separate third party, such as ordering an “As Seen on TV” product over the phone.  In my case I purchased the weight loss product GLUCOSULIN on 12/3/2012, at the same time I was charged for the product I purchased and $1.95 for initial membership to MON TASTE 4 SAVINGS and they continued to bill be $24.95 a month until I caught this fraudulent activity. 

At this time I have called the company and had this service cancelled, in my opinion this is not good enough and I want a full and complete refund for the aggravation and time I have had to spend on clearing this matter up.  The company claims they have me on tape requesting this service, I’m here to tell you that I did not.  Is there a possibility I uttered a phrase like “OK” over the phone while placing my order for GLUCOSULIN, anything is possible.  The company also claims they can provide me with the tape, which is it when I agreed to purchase GLUCOSULIN or this rip off savings program that I did not want?  Yes I want the tape and I want it to be a full and complete tape whereas the entire WC MON TASTE 4 SAVINGS program was described to me in full in that I would be charged $25 a month for it. There is NO WAY IN HELL that I would have ever agreed for any product or service with a reoccurring charge on it and I specifically told the sales person this when I purchased the GLUCOSULIN.  I want to hear the whole tape in its entirety, not just some little snippet or utterance that I agreed to the WC MON savings program.

Lastly it may seem strange to miss such a charge for nearly six months, however I pay my credit card on line, and in the payment area it does not show a complete breakdown of all charges for the month unless you click through to other links.  Using my personal credit card for some small business purchases, I did not catch the meaning of the name or what this charge really was about.    When I first saw the charge some months back, I blew it off as just some strange name used for something I purchased for my business, the following month I was in the hospital and I did not catch it again until June 1^st, 2013.

In closing, I am again requesting a full refund from this company.  This problem appears to be epidemic   proportions and consumers are being ripped off every day.  I’ve noted nearly 100 complaints across the internet regarding this company and their deceptive business practices.
