In all fairness to Robert Priolo from Web Market Pros Web Market Pros in San Dimas, California my complaint about him is his unprofessional behavior and spamming me over and over again.

My description was a brief outline of the SEO industry in general, specifically about fake SEO experts, people who just enterered in the SEO industry to make a fast buck and how most of the link building pacakges are spam links outsourced to India that can hurt your website. I'm NOT implying Robert Priolo is like this only that the spamming of freelance projects and unprofessional conduct is the same as those types of SEO operators.

Perhaps I'm so annoyed by all these spam emails and spam on SEO freelancer sites. Anyone who posts an offer for a SEO contract is feed up with this template SEO service offers.

Honestly, I do not know the specific SEO practices of Web Market Pros and Rober Priolo in San Dimas. I never said I do know how he does his SEO and internet marketing services. I do not imply to know all details about his services nor do I know any of customer or the results they achieve. Some clients may find success and his services may be effective for their website. That is outside the scope of my first complaint and this final rebuttal. So don't be mislead by my complaint. Give his services a try. You may get great SEO results.

What My Complaint Is:

My complaint is only on his rude behavior and spam activity while soliciting SEO and internet marketing services. Do not make other assumptions about my complaint. I'm not implying other problems with his services. I'm not drawing conclusions on Web Market Pros and I'm not telling anyone not to use their services.

I'm certainly NOT a competitor. If I were there are thousands of clients world wide and I would not bother with Robert Priolo. I'm NOT even an SEO company.

I'm an internet marketing manager of a $30,000,000 per year manufacturing company in Toronto, Canada with offices in Robbinsdale, MN. Sometimes when our marketing department needs some extra resources we'll go to freelance websites like Elance and post a specific project (with specific quality requirement like links and standards that comply with Google rules).

It is a specific SEO work contract that describes very specific requirements. The basic information to apply is follow basic instructions like a 3rd grader would be asked: "Please read the instructions at the top of the paper, Write your name at the top of the paper, please do not spam this project with another SEO or Link Package," etc.

Even though I do this I get dozens of responses mostly from India, but rarely from U.S. SEO companies like Robert Priolo from Web Market Pros Web Market Pros in San Dimas. He came through my project posting online and put a common "copy and paste" template message about his company, obviously not reading the offer or following the application instructions.

Like I said in the first complaint about Robert Priolo, even though he email spammed me for this SEO link building and services I politely responded letting him know, "I'm giving all who respond a full 24 hours to follow the application instructions and submit a bid or proposal for this project." "If you can great, if not that's ok too. No worries."

In response I got  very unprofessional, rude and aggressive messages. I told him I can no longer go farther with you as a candidate for this SEO contract, you are only sending me copy and paste spam and irrelevant, robotic responses that have nothing to do with my project. He continued responding back a second and thrid time with irrelevant messages that were rude and unprofessional.

Since he kept spamming me, I declined his services. I told him this is unprofessional, stop spamming me. After numerous rude and insulting messages from Bob Priolo from Web Market Pros apparently because I declined to end the dialogue which never even began, I decided that the public should know about this completely aggressive and insulting behavior selling SEO services to me.

If he thinks a brief list of the Google rules and link standards are a "template" as he calls it,  he is so bored with it, doesn't want to deal with it, then he has no business working in SEO. He should specialize in web site managers/owners who know nothing about SEO and Google's Alogrithm updates and rules who he can sell anything to without questions or concerns.

He seems to think that if he has an internet marketing service in San Dimas, CA that I'm going to think, "Oh, even though this guy is spamming my project and hundreds of other SEO service contract offers with a canned, copy and paste message, he must be so great because he doesn't have to respond to the request to bid like a human or answer an legit questions about the quality of his work.

I addressed these concerns in my first and second responses to Robert Priolo spam message, but he didn't know I've been working in SEO since he was in Junior High School and teach internet marketing across the US. He thought I was another dummy, small business guy starting a new website in my garage that didn't know anything and he was going to tip toe around the concerns about meeting the quality requirements so my site doesn't get banned from Google.

Like I said I work in a marketing department for a manufacturing company in Toronto with offices in Minnesota. There is no competition between Mr. Priolo and I in anyway. He just acted like a buffon, very immature and a spammer online to me.

All Robert Priolo's rebuttal is to be congratulated and admired. He has a right to defend himself and tell his side. Mr. Priolo, just don't make things up and say I'm some imaginary competitor that's out to make false claims. That's ridiculous. -- At least if you made a poor choice in your business dealings, take responsibility and don't make yourself look foolish on Rip Off Reports.

I'm trying to just state the facts and not exaggerate. I hope I'm the only person he treated like a dog in his professional SEO dealings.

Again this complaint is not about how effective the marketing is of Web Market Pros in San Dimas. I cannot comment on that. Like I said my descriptions above in the first complaint are a general description of how the SEO industry operates. He just seemed so unprofessional I didn't trust him to touch my site. This is a complaint about his dealings with marketing his SEO and link building services to my company with spam and then responding to me incredibily rude when I asked him to explain how his services work and to provide a specific proposal and bid.

Mr. Priolo, I understand you had no interest in the specifics of SEO projects posted in freelancer sites you spam. I "get it." I know your purpose on Elance is you're trying to steer people who don't know anything about SEO and internet marketing to your company for other related services and consulting help.

However, since the internet has been in existence in common use for over 15 years you'll find at least 20% of your prospective customers aren't "duuuh, I need some links...get me on the phone so you can sell me a one size fits all SEO link package." You might actually have to discuss quality standards, answer legitimate questions and explain how you comply with Google search engine rules with some more informed clients.

The mistake you made is I tried to communicate with you on these points and find out more about your services, but you refused to discuss specifics like if your SEO tactics and link building complied with Google quality standards, Penguin updates, so my website doesn't get penalized or banned. Your replies were very unprofessional. If you were interested in my SEO contract, you could have just ignored it, but you badgered and harassed me by email on and on after I decline your services.

All this spam, rudeness and arrogance is not a way to woo any prospective client.

If you just conducted yourself in a more professional manner and didn't tell me to go to hell by email for asking you some questions and then declining your "general interest" note, you wouldn't be in this situation.

I'm sure you will go on and on in another rebuttal. However, I said all I needed to say and will not comment again unless you go 180 degrees overboard on your facts again or go over the top pressing this issue in another venue.

Warning: If you want to keep dragging this out into other venues online my marketing department has a lot more resources and team of attorneys so don't beat a dead horse any longer. Leave it alone. That was the mistake you made with your temper in the first place.

P.S. You should know when you're interacting with people in your local or online community as a business you're still responsible for your reputation whether it became a paid customer or not. Based on the problems described in the first complain and rebuttal, that's why I did not become your customer. That's why you have a complaint about you and your company.

Honestly, I wish you the best and I wish this entire Rip Off Report ordeal never happened. I think it will be a learning experience for you and one for me not to waste time I don't have dealing with all this SEO spam foolishness.

First off, I would like to say that this person is not even a client or customer. They have never used our services and we have never been in contact or spoken with each other. We both utilize a service called elance.com which is a community of professionals who offer their services to those looking. Unfortunately, this person in question is posting repeated jobs every day and I am responding to his posts offering my services. Due to elance policy, they do not disclose user IDs so its impossible for me to know if its the same person posting the same job every day. Yes, I respond to everyone looking for SEO. If this person doesnt want so many replies to me, this person should post 1 job asking for what this person needs and work with the same provider for all his SEO requirements instead of posting the same job day after day for the same SEO professionals on elance to respond.

The person in question is also making false claims as to who I am and what I do.

1. "Robert Priolo of Web Market Pros Web Market Pros is a well known SEO from San Dimas who is best known for bulk email spam advertising his SEO services"

This is a false claim as we do not bulk email anyone. We only respond to legitimately posted service requests on elance. Elance does not disclose email address or contact details so it is impossible for me to spam them unless they are spamming elance with the same job all the time.

2. "The main problem I have with him is he has spammed me many time on Elance.com.
I'm an SEO consultant in Canada and teach SEO and internet marketing across the United
States and in other countries."

The company in question admits that this person is a competitor and does not like the way I offer my services to legitimate job postings on elance. 

3. " He responds back to me within 2 minutes online saying, "You have the same SEO service template I've seen many times.""

This is true, this person is using a copy and paste job template that is used repeatedly on elance all the time. this person complaines that I sent him a template service outline yet, this person uses a template job posting which this person admits to posting several of them repeatedly all the time and doesnt like the fact that I am responding to his job posts.

4. "Our company get at least 200 email spamming us for SEO services each day. I responded to him professionally and asked to respond professionally to my project even though it was same canned SEO service package I've seen a millions times since 1996."

This is a false claim as I have hand written our service outline and documentation in the past 6 month. Yes it is a template service outline because it details and answers the same questions I get every single day from every job poster. This person in question also admits that this person is spammed daily over 200 times per day with SEO offers. Obviously if this person is out looking for SEO services and companies are responding to him, this is not spam. this person is asking for these services and we are doing our due diligence of outlining our services and following up with him which this person considers spam.

5. "The same guy who is spamming hundreds of SEO projects a day in Elance because everyone looking for SEO and internet marketing services in San Dimas already know Priolo of Web Market Pros is a jerk and unprofessional and won't do business with him."

defamation of character, there are no complaints about my business and there is no reviews or testimonials claiming im a jerk

6. "Why do I get the idea this guy is working out of his parent's basement because he can't get a job in any company's web marketing department or got fired for this same unprofessional behavior?"

again, defamation of character. Web Market Pros is filed as a C corporation in the state of california with a valid commercial address and multiple employees.

7. "include your typical template of directory submissions, social book markings, articles directory submissions and comment spam put on blog with a backlink that's supposed to help you SEO."

this is a false claim as we explicitly explain in our documentation that we DO NOT offer directory submissions, social bookomarks, article directories, and blog commenting services.

8. "He doesn't tell you it's not him that is doing all the tedious link building work. He like 99.9% of the U.S. SEO service providers outsource it to large firms in India."

Another false claim. this person knows nothing of our link building services since this person is not a customer and has never used our services. this person is making this up as we expliocitly DO NOT outsource our link building services to India.

9. "Something anyone can do with a search "SEO Services and Link Building In India." He like makes a huge mark-up generally several hundred to tens of thousands of dollars on each U.S. small business owner. Worse yet, most of the link building techniques are "template" packages ordered and don't work anymore for SEO and helping you in search engine optimization. 90% of those packages Robert Priolo tries to sell you worked ok in 2002-2007, but are obsolete and Google can penalize your website for creating manipulative links that are trying to deceive Google.

10. "What Mr. Robert Priolo from Web Market Pros Web Market Pros doesn't want you to know is that in April of 2012 Google's Algorithm dramatically changed."

actually I am fully aware of the April 2012 update and perfectly fine with explaining how that affects websites and perfectly fine with letting you know about it. As well I will often explain the April 2012 updates even if clients are not aware of it themselves.

11. "All those spammy link building packages and SEO strategies Mr. Priolo is trying to sell you can get your website deindexed from Google permanently."

False claim as this person has never used our services before and cannot say if this is true or false.

12. "So by the time you've paid Mr. Priolo thousands and a few months later you website's search engine rankings are either on page #53 or completely banned from search engines he's a lot richer and you're a lot poorer.

another false claim as to what our services can or cannot do.

13. "Bob Priolo will probably tell you, "I can't guarantee any results and nobody and predict Google, maybe you should try some more 'article directory submissions and spam blog comments.""

more defamation of character. I will tell you that I cannot guarantee results, but I will not tell you article directory submission and spam blog comments are the way to go. This person is clearly just making things up now.

14. "Next you spam someone your SEO services and answer back like a monkey and refuse to talk to your prospective customer you might want to think more carefully. If you're trying to be an internet marketer you should stop acting
like a spoiled child each time someone expresses they don't want your spam link building and SEO packages. "

I think this sentence alone shows his character and who is acting like a "monkey" or "spolied child" because I told him to stop posting repeated template job postings.

15. "ust one more tip for you at Web Market Pros Web Market in San Dimas, CA: According the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 1994 its illegal and a federal crime to spam people with services like SEO and search engine marketing."

It is not illegal to respond to your job posting if you are soliciting services in a public job board.

I would request that this report be removed immediately since this person has never been a client or customer, has not valid claims as to how many services work or valid testimonial of our results that we bring to all our many satisfied clients.
