Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I contacted this company in a to assist me with a collection agency that was harassing me. They said I had a great case and they promised me I would be awarded some money. After a year they lost the case and I got nothing. My credit is still in bad shape and when I tried to contact the office the attorney stated he didnt know who i was. These guys are a scam and are crooks. They were awarded attorneys fees and I got no money out of the case.

We have used Weisberg & Meyers for consumer assistance on several occasions when my daughter was harassed by collection agencies for unwarranted medical fees. There is a great deal of waste, overinflated fees and sometimes just simply fraudulent medical costs thrown at the consumer. I guess that this is because agencies get lazy, are not interested or are just simply adding to their "bottom line" at the expense of the consumer.
Weisberg & Meyers assisted her every step of the way; they discussed her options, made her explanation easy for her to express her complaints, and even helped her resolve some other problems which arose as a result of these medical collection problems.
I would use them again in a heartbeat. They are the MOST ethical attorneys on the planet! I only regret that they do not handle all sorts of other legal issues.

Weisberg & Meyers LLC has filed several FDCPA lawsuits on my behalf.
They were easy to talk to, knew the law and handled my evidence / case with great care. They complied with the terms of our agreement and fulfilled their promises to me.
A debt collector challenged one of my cases and spent a great deal of time and money fighting it. Weisberg & Meyers invested a great deal of time and effort fighting for my legal rights in this matter and ultimately obtained a positive outcome for me.
Again, in all my cases, Weisberg & Meyers LLC fulfilled all of their promises to me and always promptly and securely sent me any and all monies due while never requiring any money from me.
