WELL CARE MEDICARE HMO HMO WELLCARE ABUSED SENIOR CITIZEN TAMPA Florida

I NEED medical service that WEllCare MEDICARE HMO is denying me. Well Care promised me no co pays, zero co pays with the exception of a $65 co pay for the ER that just went into effect a year ago January 01. Well Care also pays part B of Medicare and this is why I have chosen them. However, now I need injections as treatment for the bone on bone condition that has been verified in my left knee, that I will need every 6 months or so, forever, and Well Care is charging a $200 co pay for these injections. WEll Care is willing to pay for tens of thousands of $$$ for knee replacement surgery, the surgeons fee, hospital, rehab, wheel chair, walker, and my becoming an invalid , but not allow the treatment that can prevent this expense and prevent my becoming an invalid and disabled from knee replacement surgery. Well Care told me that I have to pay this $200 co pay and it will be twice a year, for $400 each year for as long as I live. They have effectively taken back 4 months of the part B that they told me they pay by now charging this co pay, Again, I was told that I would have no co pays, zero co pays, with the Dividend plan that I signed up for with Well Care. Well Care also has delayed every approval for medical service inappropiately and taken months to approve every medical necessity that is sent to request to this company.
Worse. I have been told that CMS, CENTER for Medical Service is who Well Care is accountable to but just try to call them. 1 800 - 633- 4227 (medicare). It is impossible to reach a live agent and if you do, they cut you off, do not call back, or tell you that they are NOT responsible for the HMO at all. It is an insane merry - go - round. I am so sure that your wife would never have to be on the phone for hours and that she would never have to wait for months with a bone on bone condition in her knee as I have done. I have spent days and days trying to reach some one who would make Well Care accountable for their dealings and abuse of their clients, in this case , me.

I was promised zero co pays. I have endured endless delay because WellCare requires referral approval for everything in the world, and the only reason I stayed with them was because they paid part B and promised zero co pays. Now they are refusing me this. My broom stick is not big enough to accomplish anything. Well Care ignores me and gives me double talk and the same recorded message as they did also to SHINE agents when they called.

Again I was told to contact CMS but I would have to me Michelle Obama to get through on that telephone line and not get hung up on or lied to. Help. I need the medicaiton, the injections for my knee in order to walk and they are being refused by Well Care under the contract they promised me of zero co pays.
