This company has the biggest jerks working for them. In fact when I spoke with someone at this company I guess he thought that being stern was going to have me begging to do what they what. They are not very help and in fact someone said that they have real attorneys working at this firm. If that were the case when I called I would not have been told that my representative was out of the office. If they were fact professional the idiot would have said that the attorny/lawyer handling the case was not in until the afternoon. I wanted to comment on the idiots who made sarcastic remarks to the other people who were having problems too. For the idiots: never judge someone else because you never know or if you will be in the same/similar situation. If you ever are in this situation lets see how you handle it. For me, my family obligations had to come first and if I had to do it again my family comes before any stupid credit card. So, before you speak about others know what the h--- you are talking about. And your opinions would not be so harsh if you knew that it wasn't true about these companies harassing people. Talk about what you know and have experienced and close your mouth about what you don't know or have not experienced. You hypocrites need to go back to school and get educated on life and people.
