I was looking to finance equipment for my company. I was told that I was approved and they needed a deposit to move forward on documents. I sent Chris the $5,000 deposit check and they cashed it. For the next three weeks they put me through the ringer asking for more and more information. At the end of the three weeks I was told my company was decliened. When I asked for my deposit check back I was told that it was earned. I threatened to sue and was then told their legal team would eat me alive. I really needed that equipment for a job so not only did I loose $5,000 but the job as well because it took Weslend Capital three weeks to decline me. My total lose was over $25,000. I would never put my business in there hands NEVER!

We at Weslend Capital worked very hard for 2 months on JR Hudspeth and Matrix working capital loan. We took the deposit to cover underwriting and site inspection fees. He was fully approved until day of funding when he told the site inspector that he was going to use the money to fund his marijuana grow house. We then pulled a back ground check on him and found over 10 arrests on his record including DUI, shoplifting, assault and check fraud. He also threted to fight me and did the same to our bankers CEO. I have recordings and documentation on everything. JR will now be hearing from our law team along with my personal lawyer for threats, slander and decimation of character. I also talked to JR accountant and told him even after all this we would consider refunding and he never called me back.
