Dear Sir.
after months of failed attempts to resolve problems with our Planet Hollywood Towers timeshare purchase, it has become apparent that this is not possible and it is time we meet with you to discuss the terms of selling account back to Westgate Resorts.
Our contract with Westgate has been irretrievably breached. We made a final attempt asking for your help in resolving this matter. which you chose not to respond.
It is not that we have not tried. We have spoken to our customer service representative, ---, we turned to our account manager, ---.
We have called Owner Relations in Florida, and the deeding department over 50 times and ,,,, we faxed a letter to you.....
----- It was a total waste of time.

We believe Westgate committed bait-and-switch fraud, acted in a consistently negligent manner, and have created unnecessary financial and emotional stress for us, probably many others.
