Whirlpool Corporation High Priced - Poor Quality Product Benton Harbor, Michigan

We purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher in February 2010. Shortly after it was installed we had problems with it. Technicians had come to fix it replacing major parts, but it still does not work properly, not to mention that the inside of the door and tub are badly discolored and looks horrible. Whirlpool told us that it was because we have hard water, which we don't. We live in a city outside of Detroit and have excellant water.We also obtained a copy of the city's water testing results. We are not on a well. There is dirty water that sits where the water drains. Our silverware looks terrible.

We also had written a letter 12/6/10 to the CEO, Mr. Jeff Fetting expressing our complaints and still haven't heard back from him.

If you are looking for a dishwasher I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND the overpriced, poor quality, supposedly top of the line Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid. We paid over $1300.00 for it and it is a RIP-OFF.
