I ordered two sets of hair chalks from Widget Love with a Plum District coupon.  Several of the chalks were broken when I received them. Customer Service told me to take a picture and send it to them.  I did so. They informed me that in their opinion the damage was minor and the product would still be able to be used so they would not take them back. 

Damage is damage.  Broken chalk is broken chalk. How is that minor damage? It's BROKEN. You sold a defective product and will not make it right. They said it was marked final sale. It wasn't marked damaged so your final sale doesn't apply. 

I hope that Plum District and these other coupon websites stop doing business with this shady company. Do not waste your money on any of their products. If they don't back their products when they are damaged, save yourself the trouble.
