today 16/11/2012 , at approx 15.25 hrs ive noticed william hills once again breaking the law of gaming by removing the rules for quick cash withdrawels meaning the customer can call to cashout and be told anything as there are no rules after reading some of the stories on here infact just yesterday i read a story about a guy not getting paid out with an issue with quick cash just sums it up the punter is double blindfolded to william hills payout rules SHAM
