Funny, how someone would call a patient in pain evil. In any case, Dr. Dobkin, botched my L5-s1 fusion as well,

he is a butcher and caused nerve pain where it never existed before. I have complete write up about it on this site.

Just today we found a New York Times article identifying Dr. Dobkin, the nero-surgeon in question here, as a PART OWNER of the company that supplies his surgical SCREWS & BOLTS!! 

In other words ... He makes money every time he uses their screws, nuts and bolts ... which now explains why he CUT OUT two spinal discs from my friend's neck!! ... EVEN  THOUGH  SHE  NEVER  NEEDED  THEM  REMOVED !!!

Furthermore, the same thing happened to another woman in Pennsylvania, who sued her surgeon for installing the same metalware that hobbled her for life, whereupon her attorneys discovered the screws etc., were only EXPERIMENTAL!!

Furthermore, the U.S. Attorney's office is also investigating these matters.

So maybe Dr. Dobkins slipped and fell on the cord laying on the operating floor the same that he operated on my former roommate Mika Oguro. Maybe his knife slipped and that's why he cut out two of her spinal discs - for no reason, whatsoever!  You know, when you look at the photo of Dr. Dobkin, he really does look like a really nice man. It was a real shame that I had to wriite that bad report on him ... But he and/or Hoag Hospital never answered Mika's letters asking for help!

Who does that?! Are they crazy? Doctors and hospitals who don't respond deserve to be exposed!  Furthermore, Dr. Dennis (the after care doctore) actually had the audacity to write in his narrative that Mika "can get back to work as soon as possible," -- even though she could barely swallow or hold her head up.  Let me tell ya' ... Had she stayed in the U.S., these two doctors would not be working today. They're d**n lucky she left.  bluesky

Mike Ogura is a typical patient of Dr. Dobkin.   There is nothing psychiatry or psychologically wrong with this patient.  The people who give reviews in favor of Dr Dobkin have no idea of what goes on in the office of Dr. Dobkin.   The only reason he stays at HOAG hospital is because of a lawsuit he filed against them for tripping over an extension cord in the operating room.   He reported he would sue the hospital if they dismisssed him.

Thank you for your impassioned and desperate cover-up job, but you forgot to answer the facts:

1.  Why did Dr. Dokins cut out two (2) of Mika’s spinal discs and throw them into the trash can?

You know perfectly well that the pre-surgery X-rays and the “written narrative” both prove that the small  ¾” x ¼”  tumor WAS NOT attached to the discs!

STONG ADVICE:  There’s NO PLACE you can hide from this FACT. You’re busted!

Obviously, Dr. Dobkins’ knife slipped and he had to remove the two discs to cover it up.

2.  Next, you forgot to answer why Dobkis and the Hoag Hospital Administrators failed to REPLY when Mika wrote two letters asking for help.

What’s the first thing that guilty person do? They run, hide, and fail to show up in court.
His actions alone prove he knows that he’s guilty.

3.  You also forgot to answer why Dobkins failed to use a simple LASER to remove the tiny tumor, since this technology has been around for almost two decades!

As a result of the malpractice above, Dr. Dobkin -- screwed, bolted, fused and attached large “gorilla sized” metal plates, nuts and bolts into Mika’s neck so tightly that she could not swallow or breath correctly.  

You also forgot to answer as to why five (5) other doctors from Los Angeles and Japan wrote in their reports that Dr. Dobkin’s BOTCHED UP JOB under X-Ray looks like Mika is a “car crash victim.”

If you are not able to answer the specific charges above, it will mean that you CANNOT DEFEND THEM.  So next time you respond, you better BRING IT.

And now, as to your statements in the rebuttal, I’d like for you to take a good look at yourself.

Are You Prejudice Against Mentally Challenged Persons?

Here's What You Wrote:

Answer:   So are you saying that Dr. Dobkins does not have the SKILL to operate on mentally challenged persons?

But the mentally challenged person goes under anesthesia, just like the normal person -- Correct?

Unless the mentally challenged person causes his knife to slip?

If so, he should never have operated on the mentally challenged person – Correct?

3. You also wrote --  You’re glad Mika went back to Japan. “The medical doctors in this country do not need patients of this type.”  

Does that include Jews and Blacks, as well?  Or just mentally challenged persons?

Yes, I’m sure you’re really glad that she went back to Japan -- because that way she cannot have Dobkin’s license removed.

Next, you describe Dr. Dennis as a …”highly trained, skilled orthopedic spine surgeon with years of experience.”

a.  If that is the case, why didn’t he see how much pain Mika was in? Why did he write in his narrative that there was “nothing wrong with this patient”?

b.  Why didn’t he see that the metal plates and bolts were way too large for her neck?

c.  Why didn’t he see that a small tumor the size of an almond does NOT REQUIRE two whole spinal discs to be cut out and thrown in the trash?

d.  How come Dr. Dennis would not admit in his narrative that Mika could no longer work?

The reasons for the above is because all of Dr. Dennis’s referrals come from Hoag Hospital and he didn’t want to jeopardize the cushy arrangement.

By virtue of the fact that he noticed NONE of the above, proves that your Dr. Dennis is just as guilty of malpractice because he LIED in his narrative.

As to your comment that Mika said… “Aliens were implanted into her brain by the MRI”… This shows everyone in the world just how desperate you are to cover-up this malpractice.

And as for me, “blue sky” if I challenged you in court in front of a jury, I’d make lunch meat out of you in less than ten seconds – just like Mika’s neck.

I would like to respond to the outrageous report and lies stated by the friend of Mika Oguro.  As much as I am in favor of freedom of speech in this great country, I do not support people like you and Mika Oguro spreading lies, evil and hate over the internet about people that do not deserve this.

I personally worked for Dr. Steven Dennis for 15 years, and I remember when Mika Oguro was a patient.  She was obviously mentally challenged or downright crazy as was her roommate/friend.  First of all you described Dr. Dennis as a pain relief doctor that was evaluating her for permanent disability. Please note Dr. Dennis is not a pain management or disability doctor, he is a highly trained skilled orthopedic spine surgeon with years of experience.  I will also say, Dr. Dobkin is a skilled and experienced Neuro Surgeon with many years as a highly recommended physician at Hoag Hospital.  The fact that you called him a butcher is completely outrageous.  I have only known  Dr. Dobkin and Dr. Dennis as extremely compassionate and skilled spine surgeons.  

My experience with Ms. Mika Oguro was she was crazy out of her mind, she thought alien's were implanted into her brain when she had an MRI.  She caused havoc and grief as a patient amongst the physicians and staff and it is a good thing she went back to Japan.  The medical doctors in this country do not need patients of this type.  

I encourage to anyone who has read the false report by "bluesky 123" to completely ignore it, as Mika Oguro was simply a person who could never be helped due to the fact she does not have full mental capacity.  Dr. Dobkin and Dr. Dennis are wonderful surgeons and wonderful human beings.  

I am sad to read the previous report regarding Dr. Dobkin.  I had a very serious spinal condition in 2009, which was leading to complete paralyzation from the neck down.  Dr. Dobkin gave me a 50/50 chance of positive results from the surgery.  Because of his expertise and precision, I am alive, walking, talking, bathing and feeding myself.  I even go to work.  I came in contact with hundreds of other paitients over the course of my treatment and recovery, all of which had only positive and loving things to say about Dr. Dobkin.   I consider him a savior.
