I took out a Car title loan from this Wilshire Consumer Credit Agency a couple of years ago and I am almost dopay ongoing back the loan 3 times over the amount I borrowed. I feel like I paying car payments again but as soon as I pay itbOff and get  the Title back on my Car....I will be so Elated to get these Fude Hustlers Off my back once and for all! 

I received a call from one of their agents today to whom I was kind to and even thoug I told her I called in to make arrangements about this Month's Payment I owe, she rudely demanthat's Debit Card number from me! I told her she is not getting anything from me today since I will pay what I owe on Friday. She said the collection calls will continue and I told her I do not appreciate the fact that she is rude to me when I always pay on time every month and when I can not make the payment on time, I call them say tell them when I will pay and it is always in the same Month. I am glad the conversation was recorded because if there is a caring Supervisor in that company and they play back the recording of the conversation, she is Clearly unprofessional, rude and harassing me even though I was calm and polite!

It is too bad I did not get her name! I hope my complaint in this site will help. The phone call was today, at 10:40am, March 11, 2014, from phone number 323-446-2971. 

Beware to all who are in a financial bind....If yocandied a Car Title Loan, do not choose Wilshire Onsumer Credit in Los Angles. They will reel you in and once you fall for their sales pitch, you will be their sucker, working hard to repay that Loan 3 times over, and receive harrassment calls until you pay up!! They are only "nice to you" at first but later you will be treated like dirt even if you are a few days late on a payment. They do not care if you call them to tell them you are going to be a little late payithey your consistent payments and good standing is not recognized. You are just about the Money you owe and whatever profit they can squeeze out hard you.

The issue here is common courtesy and how to treat a customer. You are saying that because I am paying my bill late but in the same month, your Paycheck has something to do with it?!   You must be the one who never listens to Customers who are promising to pay, even if late, but pays. the one you should say this to are the ones who are Delinquent Months on End!! This economy we have now is tough and if you can't work with customers who are paying but sometimes a little late, then you need to keep your negative opinion to yourself since it is not the reason for my complaint. Go back and tally up all the APR percentages and profits you need to Collect from the Borrowers you are Ripping Off and while you are at it, go learn professional and real Customer Service!

read my Rebuttal to your negative comments about my Report. I will speak my mind when I am being treated rudely. I pay my Bills no matter what and if it Late, that is between me and who I owe. Do you pay my Bills?......your Comments are not appreciated!

Apology for negative customer service

Thank you for the apology. I hope you can do something to teach your agents who call your customers up for a late payment. I spoke to the lady agent very calmly and I, the customer said Goodmorning to her. She spoke to me rudely and aggressively even after I told her that I told another agent the previous week that I will be paying $100 last Friday and the rest I owe this coming Friday. I do not need to be harassed or threatened for payment since I am not in default as in Months of no payment. I have all my records and I have paid most on time and in the same month. 

You, as their Boss, please tell them to use their aggressive phone manner on the customers who have been late on payments for Months on end-not to a Customer who is promising to pay a little late but PAYS.

I have the right to complain when I am being trelated like a crook especially when I am working hard to pay my Bills on time. Last time I checked, I am in America and I am American Born, YOU should just shut your mouth and keep your negative comments to your hating self since YOU are NOT paying my Bills. The agent who treated me wrong by Harrassing me knows when I said I call to arrange payments when I know I will not make it on time. This is Better than making up lies just to avoid payments and my Record shows I pay in the same Month every time!!!! 

My complaint is none of your Business so keep your Negative self out of My Business!! I will pay Off these profit hungry, overcharging persons 3 times Over then will be rid of their Unprofessional phone calls from my Life once and for all.

On time payments

For all lenders "paying on time" means paying on the day that they set in the contract and not on any random date of your choosing.  Late is late and your are subject to all the consequences including collection calls.

 If my employer used your definition of "on time" he would be able to call me a few days before payday and tell me his new date of when I would be receiving my paycheck.

Maybe it's just me, but how can you "always pay on time" and "tell them when you will pay"  and be only " a few days late?" They aren't ripping you off, just trying to hold you the the agreement YOU signed with them. You wouldn't know how to tell you the truth if it bit you on the butt. NO RIPOFF HERE, except by you.

I told WCC I will Pay

If this Life would always stay smooth so I can pay all my Bills on all Due Dates then I would not have to Talk to any of you rude people to say I will pay on a different day. I always do and no one will make me look like I am going to default on payments when I PAID off my Car that you people are charging me well over the Amount of the Loan I took out on it! Yes, you hold the Lien but I am NOT your Slave that you can talk to any way you please when I am speaking to you on the phone. So if you think all of you can sit there  and Bad mouth me for $131.11 I will pay.....that is how you treat your Customers?! Go and harass the Customers who have defaulted on their payments for more than 6 Months!! Not me, when I pay every Month, in the same Month!! Oh, all the fees, and profits you make off of your Customers are sickening!
