Wilshire will only give you promises over the phone non in writing; the manger of Special Service is the most intelligence scam er i ever seen in my life, he will let you sign doc. and never send you a Wilshire signed copy!! so you will be blacked mail for the rest of your life,he will send you a confused letters once to let you know he is going to help you and the other that he want to forclose on your property, once he will return your payment and the one he will accept the payment! he will also make you pay money in escrow and then he will foreclose on your house and take a very good kick back from the investor and the real estate broker.the investor Wilshire deal with are a predatory investor! they buy the struggling mortgagor loans a few pennies on the dollar to black mail home owner, the investor will also make you pay until the upper housing market comes up or the investor needed some cash to get a better deals and then he will foreclose on your house even if you never miss a payment;also they will block your acess on any goverment programthat intent to help strugeling home owners, his pattern approach  you with a non reasonable deal on a very higher terms that only a stupid will except it and then will use this as an excuse to foreclose on you! if this sounds familiar to you please join us to report this Crookes to the authority (HUD AND FBI) and also sue them for damage....
