I was contacted by Stacey Folkers of Wintrust Mortgage out of Cedar Falls, Iowa in June of 2013 to where she claimed I would qualify for pre-approval of a new home construction loan at a 3.5% interest rate.  Upon communication with Stacey and providing her paperwork urgently, she delay the process for over 3 months and repeated had my credit monitored for a home loan that never transpired. 

I ended up going through another mortgage company only to find out the best possible interest rate would be 4.25% on a 10 year ARM. 

This had created much undue stress, confusion, personal financial loss and unessessary impact to my personal credit with all of the credit monitoring that Wintrust Mortgage did per Stacey's request.

I would NEVER recommend that you utilize the services offered by Stacy Folkers of Wintrust Mortgage out of Cedar Falls, Iowa as she is either too busy to appropriately service you, has other more important clients to deal with that an individual home purchaser or just simply miss-represents or fabricates her work and/or abilities as a senior mortgage loan officer.
