Wipe New THEY win by confusion! Compounded charges with double and disguised charges! Trickery! Wallingford, Connecticut

I ordered Wipe New and DID NOT agree to $7.99 PRIORITY PROCESSING.  NOR did I agree to a SECOND Detail Kit for $9.99 as it was to arrive WITH a Detail Kit.  NOR did I agree to an ADDITIONAL 10 pk of Micro Fiber Cloths (RAGS) for $9.99.   I MAY HAVE gotten bamboozled into a BONUS Detail Kit with an S&H charge of $7.99, only, but not sure because the WHOLE NON-HUMAN press this press that was diabolically programmed and deliberately constructed to SWAMP!  THEY bank on you forgetting what they charged and send you a package of rags and charges for a product I have YET to prove works.  Got is yesterday and SUPPOSEDLY asked for PRIORITY PROCESSING which I did NOT and was charged for it in HIDDEN charge of $7.99 under Processing and Handling and STILL got it 10 days later!!!

I was charged a total of $63.94 when I was told it would be $34.22 or something close to that.  The Processing and Handling was $23.97 for a 3oz bottle that was HALF full of product.  I received an invoice that made me LIVID!  Loaded with "slight of hand" trickery!  This is the cryptic invoice:

I called in a LIVID state of mind and a defensive and RUDE agent (I have name and number) gave me a reluctant credit of $15.98 (MAYBE!) for two $7.99 shipping charges for the bogus Detail Kit and bogus Priority Processing fee of $7.99 which was built into the $23.97 Processing & Handling total. 
They added it in THERE but placed it FIRST on the invoice as a Priority Processing of .00 !!!!!

I called BACK to discuss the return of the bogus RAGS and KIT and got the name and ID number of the second agent.  I was told to RETURN the UN-ORDERED 10 Pak Cloths (RAGS) for $9.99 and the UN-ORDERED 3rd Detail Kit for $9.99 since one was sent WITH the Bottle for $19.99!  LET'S SEE IF they give me a refund of $19.98 when they receive it AFTER I SEND IT BACK registered return receipt for SEVEN BUCKS! +-

THIS WIPE NEW BETTER WIPE MY VEHICLE "SPANKIN CLEAN" or you'll be hearin from me AGAIN for a class action!!!!!
