Unprofessional, aggravating, scamming and unjust are a few simple adjectives to describe the amount of hardship and trouble I have been through with this company and individual. Claudia Torres is the C.E.O. of Wirecredit and Wirecredit.net; and I must say I have been scammed. Wirecredit.net is a company that is associated to Omnicredit - a credit card and financial services company, whose job it is to correct and alleviate negative marks on one's credit score to give them financial stability in this world of credit-dependent well-being.

I would like to first start the story by explaining how this came to be and hopefully save another person from the aggravation and scamming of this individual and company. It started with a google search, after finding wirecredit.net as a local source of help for my financial problems, I gave Claudia a call. Had I read what you are reading now, I would have never called, as a matter of fact I would have instead done more research to find that the entire wirecredit establishment is a complete scam.

Claudia explained to me how the company works and that there would be a $489.00 surcharge for the service of increasing my FICO score to a level at which I would be able to once again claim financial stability. I bought into the services as I was in dire need of a FICO increase for renting a new apartment as I was kicked out of my old one for not being able to pay the rent (thank you downward spiral of an economy). After finding a place that I could afford, they denied me on account of not having a good credit score. Claudia explained that if I use her services, my FICO score would increase and the negative marks would be removed.

I payed the $489.00 up front, and after receiving the paperwork, I noticed that all of the documents contained an OmniCredit logo. I questioned Claudia, but she did not give a clear response. I then proceeded to cancel my order as I wanted to do more research on my own to figure out what exactly was going on. She was unable to refund my money, and I had to go through what most would consider hell to get it back from her and her "associates" (who turned out to be the people at OmniCredit).

What I realized was that Wirecredit was simply an extra third party business, who basically outsourced all of the work to a real credit-enhancing corporation which is OmniCredit. On top of all of this, CLAUDIA WANTED AN EXTRA $200 FOR NO REASON AT ALL! The original price of the services directly from OmniCredit was $300.00, Claudia had just created this facade of a "new company" when in reality she was working directly with them and not doing anything to help my credit score herself. I highly suggest to anyone who is curious about this company, to take their business elsewhere and make sure they are going directly to the source without third parties who are trying to make a quick buck.

I got my money back after talking to the customer support of OMNICREDIT and took my business elsewhere, I am now living happily in my new apartment and my credit score could not be any better. Please learn from my mistakes, and gain my knowledge - do not make the same mistake I did by using a company like Wirecredit.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

WIRECredit Helps people Not Gouge them with Large Unecessary Fees

AUTHOR: WIRECredit - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 06, 2011

I am responding to the this false and harrasment stated about me personally and my company WIRECredit.

First of all there is no way these statements are true because to begin with, I do not have a contract with this person who calls himself Robert Pattern.  My contact information is available to the public and I do not hide myself nor the company through an email that it's terminated.

Robert Pattern emailed me at robertpatten818@hotmail.com and not once has he responded back to me after he wrote these false statements about me. I forward him my phone numbers address and personal and business email. Not once has he responded back.

Robert claims that I am associated with Omnicredit and that is another false statement. Robert does not work with my company nor he is a part owner for him to know who my company is engaged with associates or it's affiliated with.  This person who is calling himself Robert has no grounds to make such statements without having documentation that my company has engaged with.
I do know who Omnicredit is, Paul Sykes is the owner and he is independent company from my company.  I do NOT do any service for Omnicredit nor do I have a contract with Omnicredit.

Robert explains that he called me and "that there would be a $489.00 surcharge for the service of increasing my FICO score to a level at which I would be able to once again claim financial stability.

My website and my contracts specifically state that the $489.00 is a membership fee that includes the following:
These fees are for membership services and they include:
);> Credit reports from all three Bureaus
);> Full and complete analysis of your credit
);> File set up for effective disputing
);> Per your request send cease and desist letter to problem creditors
);> Per your request, advice and counsel for settlement of debt
);> Credit restoration for two cycles, or up to, six months from the date of contract
);> The removal of inaccurate, errors, misrepresentation, or unverifiable information, which
appear on the credit report(s)

This sum covers our initial consulting fee and the entire consulting process. Additional charges
may apply for additional services not included. Any additional charges will be on a 30 day
contract for each individual item, that were not removable during this initial agreement.

If there is a payment arrangement, all fees must be paid within 30 days from the date of initial
sign up date. This membership terminates six months from the date of execution.

THE CREDIT RESTORATION SERVICES ARE DONE FOR FREE.  We never charge anything else.

What ever the credit bureaus do not remove, we use the escalate methods using attorneys that work with us and settlement company that will help our clients work with those items.  The contracts that WIRECredit provide the client states it clearly and everything is disclosed upfront to the client that would like us to help them with their credit restoration.

Robert also states the following "I bought into the services as I was in dire need of a FICO increase for renting a new apartment as I was kicked out of my old one for not being able to pay the rent (thank you downward spiral of an economy). After finding a place that I could afford, they denied me on account of not having a good credit score. Claudia explained that if I use her services, my FICO score would increase and the negative marks would be removed."

In respond to this lie and made up story from Robert, There is no way that ANY credit restoration company or even Robert tried to restore his own credit himself that you can RESTORE HIS CREDIT WITHIN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.  If he was being kicked out of his appartment and engaged on a new appartment, that appartment management staff would have informed him upfront wether his application was accepted or not. If it was not accepted it's not because WIRECredit didn't do their job, it's because the appartment management guidelines will not accept someone who did not pay their rent and it's a true statement on their credit report.  This has nothing to do with my company. Again, my company doesn't have a contract with us for us to even determine why was he denied. That's why this person who calls himself Robert Pattern is falsly accusing me and my company.

Robert also claims that WIRECredit wanted $200.00 and that I charged him $300.00 for 'no reason.'  WIRECredit keeps a a copy of every deposit, every receipt record mailed out to each client, a copy of the agreement attached, and a copy of the welcome letter for ever membership payed either partcial or in full.  Robert claims that he paid, then I like for Robert to call me and email me a copy of "our" agreement, copy of the receipts and  credit card charged information if this to be true.   Because if it were true then Robert can contact his credit company and request a reversal on the payment he supposely did to my company.

He said he received his money back from Omnicredit and he took his business elsewhere and is now living in a new appartment and his credit score could not be better. ???  If he went back to Omnicredit then Paul Sykes, principal of the company would have called me and informed me of this so called Robert Pattern. Paul would not just come out his own pocket just to pay someone that he never did a service because this guy claims my contracts said his company's name.  Especially when Paul doesn't have my contracts, nor proof that we actually did any service for this so called Robert. If that's the case everyone would just do the same thing if it was that simple.

Our company has serviced many clients, and all of my clients are very happy with their results. Again our credit restoration services are FREE with a membership of $489.00. No monthly charges no Extra charges. We recently extended the membership for 6 months. You can reach us via phone at 818 659-5115 or www.WIRECredit.net.  Our email is Online@WIRECredit.net

You can reach us any time, and ask any question you like. If we don't pick up leave a message and I personally will return your call.  Your 100% Satisfaction in my Goal!
