I attempted to purchase a phone at a Sprint store this week and after giving me a contract, they switched the paperwork.

I was led to believe that if I changed my mind before 14 days, I would be able to get everything back.  I went back the very same night because the sales clerk did not activate or show me how to use the product.  He informed me that they would be open until 10 pm on 12-16-13,I returned that same night at 9:30 and the security informed me that they were closed.

I returned the next morning before they opened and attempted to retrieve my original phone and possibly cancel their services.  The sells clerk informed me that I needed to wait for the manager.  I did that.

When the manager arrived, he said that he took my phone to his home but he would bring it the next day so I left and returned the next day, to no avail.  They gave the same story that he forgot it.  I became very sceptical about the services because I was under the impression that they were trying to wait out the 14 days.

The sales clerk told me that he would take care of this himself and to trust him.  He said that he would go to the manager's home and get the phone and bring it to me.  after about 7:30pm, my husband stated that he did not want strangers coming to the house so I decided to call to cancel the drop off and to explain that I would be at the store the next day.

On the 4 day I decided that I would no longer play this game.  I will cancel their services and move on to a more reputable provider, and that is when they informed me that they forgot the phone again and showed me the new form.

Sprint has a 14 day satisfaction guarantee policy and the store at Metro Center refused to honor it.

They placed a bogus form in the contract and informed me that I had signed it, the contract.  The form is not signed and the form isn't on their website or any where else in the store except to miraculasly appear in the contract after 4 days of me going back and forth to rty to retrieve my old cell phone back.

There is no signature on that form and when they provided me with the copy of my contract, that form was not part of it.

after me going back and forth to the store, 4 days in a row with the promise that they would return my cell phone, the form was part of the paperwork that they had and they called police to have me removed from their store without honoring their 14 day return policy.

I looked at the contract provided on the Sprint webpage and that paper which they showed the police is not there and they could not show me that information anywhere else in the store.

I was originally willing to continue the services but after they lied about returning my cellphone, I needed to get out of the contract immediately.

I am now out of a phone and all the sacred memories that were saved on my original phone.
