W.Jeffery Brown this guy is a theif, Internet

  Jeff Brown hired my son to work on his boat, first thing he did was grind him down on his hourly rate.After the repairs were completed he was sent an invoice. after a month of no paymant,and( no complaints about the job) we sent emails asking for payment . He responded with an email saying invoice was submitted for payment. weeks went by and no payment. He sent another email askind his sectratary if payment was made ,yes was her reponse. Weeks went by and still no money. Then when we called he would not answer .Emailed us back a said he was not going to pay because he was not happy with job . Although he never once had done that. We spent alot of out of pocket to complete this work ,his actions are nothing short of ciminal .
