Wondershare advertises a free trial to convert 10 video files in one format to a second format. Each of the free conversions will run in under 5 minutes to convince the user how fast the process can be. Once you get to the end of the trial, you can continue to use the program, but now the process takes several hours.

I was convinced how good the product was and all 5 user reviews posted gave it 5 stars out of 5, so I paid for the full version of the program online. Once I received the registration code, I ran the program again using the code, and tried to convert one of the files I had just previously converted for under 5 minutes.

The timer that came up now said 1 hour and 20 minutes! This was a total rip off! I immediately filed a report online through their website asking for a refund, but did not even receive an acknowledgement of the complaint as most customer service sites will do.

I hope other people will be smarter than me and check this Ripoff Report web site before they purchase the product. I intend to spread the word however I can.
