My timeshare is up for sale. They called me claiming to have a buyer for the property. Claimed they were selling a couple from PA a property and the owner backed out. Therefore, they had an immediate buyer for my property.
I was to receive the escrow papers by overnight FedEx the next morning to sign and send back. They charged $599 on my Mastercard for the escrow services and transfer of title. Upon signing and returning the papers I was to receive a Cashier's check for the sale amount of $21,000.
The papers never came and I have since been unable to contact them by phone. Two numbers have been disconnected. The other numbers have voice mail with hours of Monday through Thursday from 10am to 4 pm EST. There is no response to messages left.
