We had a horrible experience with WoWCuba. When we had quite some difficulties with the rental Car Company that WoWCuba used to get us a car, Kristen neither apologized nor was she particularly helpful at resolving the issues. She was plain unfriendly, disrespectful and really nasty.

 Kristen appears to have distain for Cuban people as she totally blamed them for the problems we encountered, but the terrible service was from WowCUBA and specifically her demeanour.

WowCUBA take your payment as if they are the service providers but, in fact, they are NOT and when something goes wrong they (nastily) pass the responsibility to VIA Rent a CAR in Cuba. The gentleman at VIA told us that they will soon be stopping to work with them because so many complaints. I have found no less than 20 WowCuba Reviews online and ALL are negative! It’s been a few months since my trip but want to thank VIA for writing to us and advising us of their decision. A wise one if you ask me and, better for Cuba Travel industry overall. We will use the Gaviota website they sent us next time.

I normally don't write reviews online but this time I thought it was important to warn other travellers about WowCUBA, don’t expect an apology and be prepared to be talked down-to and humiliated by Kristen when the service you paid WowCUBA for does not work. For Kristen, it’s never their fault and you are stupid!
