You go to the site www.carryelec.com, say you want to purchase an iPad for $240. You will get an invoice email, asks you to pay by WesternUnion or Moneygram. Once you do that they say they have shipped the product and will send you a tracking email. A couple days later they send you an email like this "We have contacted the officer in custom today, but there is a bad news for you:
Ms. Li Jing has delivered the Apple iPad 2 Tablet (32GB, Wifi + Verizon 3G) to HaiDian Custom on Jan 266th, 2012. And our staffs have inspected the packing list. In fact, all formalities they have handed in all professional and clear, but according to the new regulation , we have to charge 150 USD for additional exporting tax. They asked 150 USD for the additional tax as penalty because your price is lower than China market.According to the new regulation , you need pay for 150 USD to clear custom as soon as possible."
Do not use this site, it is a total scam and they will take your money and keep asking for more in order to get your product
