Bought stuff from SHOPGOODWILL stores for a month and nothing but issue's.

All different stores. CHARITY...second hand, collectibles and DECEITFUL sellers...they rip you off by using the BUY AS IS..statements...refuse to refund shipping when they send you JUNK...sell counterfeit items and custmer service is non existant...ALL THEY WANT IS THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.

Are NOT considerate to customers.

Bought a Christian Louboutin shoes which I asked BEFORE purchase if authentic was told YES...turns out they are NOT. Nevada Store, took me longer than the 7 days to return as it had to be authenticated at my expense....then said NO REFUND...195 dollars they want to keep and I have fake shoes.

Asked to cancel a transaction as it was not shipped 8 days after purchase...would not cancel...sent anyway, same day I asked to cancel (for fear of losing the money)... Now have a bunch of ties I have no need for as they came too late for what I needed them for......Want to refund PURCHASE price only.....and by CHEQUE????.....Ohio Store


Sent a pair of earrings supposed to be 1" and they are 3/8"...said they sent a SAE for return...LIED....they did not send the SAE....now too late for refund?

Bought Under the counter LCD TV...Wisconsin Store...pure JUNK ...does not work...they cover by saying BUY AS IS...NOT TESTED.....so won't refund or take back

Wanted 68.00 to ship 7 items costing 108.00...CA Store....saying they would ONLY ship PRIORITY mail..(the most expensive)..I cancelled the order instead, as they would not compromise...again referring to their Terms of Service. All they needed to do was change shipping to parcel post...but would not

Only one store was willing to compromise and send a cheaper method....All the rest would NOT.

Charge priority shipping cost and send FIRST CLASS. They change shipping costs to suit and are INFLATED...Williamette Store.

I wrote to a seller to tell them a Chanel pair of sunglasses I saw on an auction with Made in China clearly visible on the arm was COUNTERFEIT...emailed them 3 times took them 4 days to remove the auction another store had a womans Chanel top with the CC log on front and they claimed it was a Chanel...all it had was the logo and was NOT a real Chanel....Deceiving...and it was NOT removed from the site.

I ended up cancelling another pending order for fear of more counterfeit bags in the order.

The site is full of counterfeit sunglasses, bags, shoes, designer items. They hide behind their Terms of Service and Buy as is...and NOT Tested statements, or not expert statements...so if you do not know...THEN DON'T SELL.

How do they handle these complaints....they CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT.

BEWARE....this Charitable Organization...with no respect for the buyer whatsoever and will pass off JUNK and Counterfeit items...using their Terms of Service NOT to refund in full even when they sell you junk and misrepresented items. They seem to think they are doing the buyer a favor. Are NOT nice when there is a problem and the COMBINED shipping they offer is ridiculous over inflated by poundage weight of items...and charge a handling fee on each item

I can see also how the SHILL bid and inflate the price of a popular item. I believe shill bidding is active.

For a group of Charity Stores receiving DONATIONS to resell...they should be ashamed of how they treat customers.
