Xpress Lube North Florida Lubes, Havolive express, Horrible service including supervisor ocala Florida

I went to the texaco express lube on sr 40 for just a basic oil change... boy that was a big mistake. Not only were they the most careless and irresponsible group of misfits they were the rudest group ive ever met.  I was told by the service guy that everything was wrong with my vehicle and if i didnt get it fixed "my car might not make it another hundred miles"

I almost agreed to the service until i remembered my grandson had just done a bunch of work to my car. Low and behold when i called my grandson to find out what kind of service he had done I found out that not only 80% of the work they said I needed was already done...it was done at another Xpress Lube in Belleview Fl..(where my son lives). I then asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation to him and to my disbelief he told me "well ya better take it back to the shop that did it cuz they didnt do nothing".  

As i was leaving I was approached by a short stocky gentleman who explained to me he was the " divisional supervisor" as if that meant something to me.

I again explained the situation to this guy. He told me there was no way any of "his" stores would ever reccomend something that wasnt due and i must be mistaken?.

So im in the parking lot with this guy all cool with his arms crossed across his chest and his cool sunglasses on his head like hes supposed to be important basically being called a liar. 

I then asked for a number to reach their corporate office and this "gentleman" (if you want to call him that) told me there was no sense in calling the corporate office because "they just send the problem to him to deal with anyway"

I would never reccomend to anyone to ever use the Xpress Lube on state rd 40!!!
