YOLO Marketing AKA Caribbean Cruise Lines and East Side Ventures Former employees and current employees scammed and cheated out of thousands of dollars! fort Lauderdale Florida

Caribbean Cruise Lines is a shadow name for many companies. The one I am referring to is owned by a woman who spells her name in such a way that she cannot be found on Sunbiz.org.

This organization pushes people to buy a package and then lies to the sales people to keep all the money.  The woman that owns this office which is on Sunrise Blvd and Federal Highway spells her name Jacolyn Shaifer. Her partner is "Phil Howland".

Jacolyn Shaifer owns the company and the legal company name is YOLO Marketing yet they both tell you that you work for Caribbean Cruise Lines.  Our lawsuit will be directed to YOLO Marketing, Caribbean Cruise Lines AND her other company East Side Ventures, Inc.

In researching this woman after she stole money from 8 previous and current employees that are afraid to leave, it is clear that she has a long trail record of switchng company names when the pressure becomes high. They are all listed above.

Aside from sending people on a ship with the most disgustingly small cabins, the company insists refunds are not available yet from seeing the chargebacks from the credit card companes, I would imagine getting a refund won't be that difficult anymore.

Imagine working for a company that has a script (which will be turned over to the FTC) that reads "We own the ship you will be sailing on", when in fact, we work for YOLO Marketing and a rebuttal script that reads "Your credit card will read Caribbean Cruise Lines" is even a bigger joke.

Imagine working for a company, selling over 6 deals a week and get paid under minimum wage.  A company that drugs are abundant and TO's that ar just out of jail and doing drugs in the bathroom.  A company that has to be under lock and key because they steal from the employees that work for them.

This company has met it's match.  Jacolyn Shaifer hides behind her do boy, Phil Howland, and her TO, Liz Shamal.  Her TO lives in the ghetto with three children and a baby daddy that went to prison and beat the crap out of her. She had no car and couldn't get a job anywhere else, ever, so they have her under their thumb.  Especially since they got her a car because they can't keep any other employees.  The three of them steal money from hard working employees just to grease the palms of each other.

Jacolyn Shaifer, also known as Jackie Susan Shaifer, or Jackie S. Shaifer, drives a brand new Mercedes and let's you know it.  Lucky her.  She probably wishes she could sleep WITH it at night.  What she fails to tell you is that the only way she could get it is by stealing from her own employees.  When they screw over enough employees, they shut down the office and move to another location.  

How do I know this, well, I was one of those employees.  The TUB of SH*T TO(takeover), Liz Shamal, told me how everything operates.  Then she wonders why her life sucks.  Karma baby.  As for Jacolyn Shaifer, things will be getting very heated because everyone will know she has been the one behind Caribbean Cruise Lines at 1802 N University Drive in Plantation as well as the ne at 101 Plaza Real South #206 in Boca Raton.  You just never worked for Caribbean Cruise Lines, you worked for YOLO Marketing.  Check out the 7 other companies previous to this one.

When bringing forth your lawsuits, be sure to use YOLO Marketing as that is who you worked for.  Forget a lawyer, all you need is to call the Labor and Wage office in your area and then go down and file small claims in your area.  She will have to show up, a lawyer on her behalf is NOT allowed.

THEN, be sure to go online and file for unemployment.  You may get turned down but you were NEVER an independent contractor.  She gave specific hours and times you had to be there.  You must work every Saturday.  REALLY??? Independent contractors don't have to do a thing but work the hours hey themselves set.  Don't believe me?  Call the labor board.  No phones allowed, etc.  They are NOT allowed to tell you any of that crap.  

As an independent contractor, they are not allowed to set your hours for you and reprimand you if you don't work them.  They provided the leads and the phones, therefore, that makes you an employee and as that, you have a right to a W-2 and unemployment benefits.  When they turn you down, just request an appeal and state your case.  You win!

Do not let fear stand in your way - they are the criminals, not you.  You never worked for the company that owns the ship these people will sail on.  Take it from 8 former employees and 3 more current ones that will be leaving, you will never be paid correctly.
