Be warned innocent consumers! This magazine is owned by Vincent Passafiume. There is a permanent injunction against him in Arizona, pending civil and criminal (guilty pleas entered in Arizona) trials in Arizona and Nevada. There was also a case filed in Florida I believe. Aquea Design Retained to Design/Launch Premiere Issue of Young Millionaire Magazine

12.08.2003

LAS VEGAS Aquea Design, a graphic and interactive design firm was retained by publisher VJP Direct to design and launch the premiere issue of Young Millionaire Magazine.
Young Millionaire Magazine was created to cater to the sophisticated tastes of the young and affluent demographic. Published six times per year, the magazine will focus on exotic cars, estate properties, successful millionaire profiles, nightlife, dining, and style.

Young Millionaire Magazin" is unique in that it focuses on subjects that appeal to a very exclusive audience. The design had to reflect the lifestyle of the readers, who are wealthy, worldly, and interested in the finer things in life, said , Creative Director and President of Aquea Design. With a $7.99 cover price, Young Millionaire had to command attention on the racks, where it could get lost in the crowd of competitor titles.

The premiere issue features the Aston Martin AMV8 on the cover, an interview with racing legend Mario Andretti, the latest information on the hottest clubs in New York, and additional content that appeals to its distinct target market. Aquea Design developed a clean, modern look for the magazine that will attract sophisticated readers.

Aquea Design is a full-service design studio that uses both new and traditional media to produce award-winning graphic, advertising, and interactive design. Clients include the Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, Cili Restaurant, and Walters Golf.

I was a victim of Vincent James Passafiume

AUTHOR: Steve - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 23, 2010

I was involved with Vincent James Passafiume back in 2005. I bought his book The 12 Month Millionaire and as a follow up he sent me a letter offering to teach me one on one how to make a fortune following his advice.

After some emails back and forth I wired his "business associate" $30,000 in one transaction and started to call him for advice, updates whatever he could offer for my $30k. I am pretty sure that he would not have declared the $30k as income as he made the point several times about keeping stuff from the IRS.

After many months of my hassling he finally siad that he would do a trial mailing for me for a skin product. He asked me for lots more money to get artwork done, buy stock, rent a mailing list, buy stock of the product etc etc. I sent him slightly more than $15,000 to cover these "costs". On top of that I registered a company in the USA (I was living in Australia at the time) and tried to set up a bank account but failed to do so. I also set up a delivery address for replies to my mailing which was close to where he lived at 9025 Robinson Ridge Drive Las Vegas.

I asked him for advice many times on the phone and nothing he told me worked. I was getting nowhere fast. The mailing that I paid for turned out to be a complete flop. I do not know if he even sent a mailing as I have no proof that he even sent any letters at all.

After that he stopped taking my calls as I was becoming a hassle to him I guess. I was close to $50k in the hole and he did absolutely nothing for me. I can make all of these claims because it is all true. He cannot refute any of what is in this report because it is all true.

Anyone got any ideas how I can get my $50k back and teach this low life a lesson?
