ordered the grabber' (invoice #474007) from this website on 03/20/2012, my visa card/debit card was debited almost immediately. no way to ck s&h ahead of time [product was $8.95, s&h was $9.50 4 total of $18.45], have bought one before 4 & $9.00, no tax or s&h, once order is placed there is no other options but purchase. no confirmation # was given or sent as promised. sent several emails from their website with no luck, online chat never available. someone finally answered their listed phone # & it was like a drive thru window process, i was hastilly told they were shipping another one out. u got it same o, same o. can't comment on the quality of their product (if any), the one i have is fair, good to have but I've had to use adhesives to re-attach the plastic grabber wheels on the end of it after i inadvertantly applied awkward pressure to it. product i have is handy, this was going to serve as a backup to the it.



Bottom line?

YOURSTOREONLINE.net HAS TO BE A FRAUD at best, order from somewhere else!
