#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Wrong Address

We emailed back the customer prompt every time, the customer
can't spell as proof in their complaint, sent the package back to a completely
wrong misspelled address that does not exist then blames us for not issuing a
refund. If we can't receive the goods we can't issue a refund, we worked
with the customer on fixing the issue but after USPS telling him the address he
shipped his goods to does not exist claims he sent it to us and we are refusing
to accept it. Not sure what else we can do to help this customer but we
are willing to try everything.
