ZWICKER AND ASSOCIATES The sent me a deposition to appear in court on mar 29, 2011, The leter doesn't aexactly say it is a summons. it is in latin. i have to figure it out. They spelled Pembroke Pines wrong in the lette Jacksonville, Florida

Zwicker and associates sent me a lter which waasn't sent certified. It is for a depisition for me to appear and provide my taxes, salary,etc to the court for evidence. They had a typo in the letter with the wrong addess sent to my apartment. it was mispelled, I have to file for bankruptcy from an attorney. I think they are scum bags. I couldn't settle with them.

It looks like Rip Off Report redacted my links on how to fight debt collector lawsuits for Hanna and Zwicker, and for help blogs. For help with the lawsuits you can do a Google search for a book and webtsite by Allen Harkleroad titled “Stick it to sue happy debt collectors.” The help blog I linked is Next Level Unlimited Credit. I do not have any stake in any of these sites, I am just posting to try to help other consumers. I do understand why Rip Off Report redacts links though.
