Smoothie Boost Fraudulent Credit Card Charges Gainesville Florida

In July he charged me 96.00 for a smoothie. I will be honest I didn't look at what I signed. I caught it on my online banking. I called he said don't worry come tomorrow and we will "discuss" it. A customer was there and he literally told me to "shhhhh" about it. He then says I agreed to be in some pre paid smoothie account. The only thing that comes close was he pointed at a Rolodex and asked if I wanted to "do this" I said okay. Thinking he meant add my name for a mail out or something. He never made a refund seem available he just kept pushing the package. Begrudgingly I agreed to leave it.

In August I moved and it was hard to come back and use my credit. I went today for the 4th time since July and he says sorry you used it up if it's not on file it's b/c it ended and I threw it away! When I disagreed he called me a liar and asked if I was delusional in front of my five year old! I asked if his wife at the other store knew what he was doing and he said "what wife?" That is when he said I was delusional. He had on a previous visit told me she was a psychologist before now she doesn't exist? He yelled at me to leave. I said not without a partial refund or proof of credit. He called 911 in front of my 5 yr old he says I will go to jail if he has to call..."just like the last guy who did this" He filed a no trespass order on me. The officer was very nice and said it sounded like fraud but it is now a civil matter. The place has a rating of "F" by the Better Business Bureau...HORRIBLE service/business practices, unhealthy smoothies!

P.S. he used to go on and on in an unhealthy way about how pretty my daughter was and he kept begging me to make a video of her for their website. I always gave him excuses and he said her smoothies were always "free" turns out one of his so called memberships cost 53.00 he charged me 96.00 (no I paid for them) More lies and EVEN MORE disturbing behavior.

This business owner also owned Smoothie King they were sued for copyright infringement and had to change the name. He used the Smoothie King logo without permission. Also While it was Smoothie King Several female employees filed sexual harrassment charges against this owner. Any where I go in town people tell me he pulled his overcharge scam for a prepaid smoothie package.
