Their "Expert Tax Help" got me, for $3,200, was a "classification 67" in the IRS code, which means "uncollectable". I was NEVER given an option of an Offer In Compromise, but I did hear from the IRS in the form of a TAX LEVY filed against me.

I was also REFUSED ANY summary of what 411Tax actually DID for me, heck, if they are so damned hard to get ahold of (one "assistant" was in London for a week, and dropped the ball..........That's acceptable???? No, it isn't......

I strongly urge those that have been scammed by this company to write to the California State Attorney General's Office, Edmund G. Brown, Jr. and file a formal complaint.

Now, my credit is screwed, AND I have a Federal Tax Lien filed against me~I was told this was a "miscommunication" Miscommunication my butt, THEY GOT THEIR (MY) MONEY, after that, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, nor have they done anything to get the FEDERAL TAX LIEN reversed.

Oh, and if you go to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) web site, and enter the specifics of the company, THEY GOT THE GRADE OF "F" FROM THE BBB.

That's NOT coming from me, but the BBB. Here's the link, READ IT BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY DECISIONS.

They don't "take responsibility for ANYTHING"

AUTHOR: Screw with me! - Encinitas (USA)

After all this crap, I got a letter telling me that "the incompetent individual" that NEVER completed my case "didn't work there anymore" and I got an "explanation that follows:

He QUIT!

That's IT!.  Case OVER.  3200 dollars TO BLAME ME when they were supposed to HELP me.

They did NOT give me $3,200 worth of service.  Suppose that Small Claims Court is next, as the IRS and I now have a "resonable payment plan" that I WORKED OUT WITH THEM, 411 WEB did nothing on my behalf which I could have done for myself.

Did you know that the IRS will allow an IRS AGENT TO ACCOMPANY YOU INTO SMALL CLAIMS COURT?  You can't use a 'litigating lawyer" but you sure can use the IRS to "CONFIRM MY STORY" IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Also, I'm NOT keen on doing business with a "company" that calls my past "health concerns" into account.  If you hire 411 Tax, you'll be out 3,200 bucks.  '
