My name is Stephanie Wilson i am writing this report to say that BANCORP BANK is scamming me out of my money, i had my income tax directly deposited to my taxact endeavor card, never got card cant get customer service on the line, they dont answer, they hang up are rude then the only option they gave me was for guaranteed delivery and that was an additional charge which was $50 dollars to my account with money that i have nver touched i need help customer dispute dont pick up and neither customer service i do not want to pay all the extra fees because its not my bad business practice that created such an aggregious situation whta are my options my money was deposited by the irs on feb 1st and i have not gotten my money ( card) yet what are my options?

I have the same exact story as you. I too am waiting on my card. My dd for my taxes was 2/1 and I still don't have my card. I can not get through to a live operator and It has been more than 20 days I have been waiting on my card!! I am starting a petition and may even call the local media. Sign please if you want to put Bancorp, Taxact, Endeavor scam to an end!!(((ROR redacted)))
