Commercial Property Consultants promised to do a cost segregation study on a newly constructed building of ours so as to maximize deprection tax savings. They required half down ($3500) to do the study, with the other half to be paid upon completion of study. Six months later they still have not produced the study and refuse to answer any telephone messages. They have verbally promised a refund, but have failed to perform on any promises.
