H&R Block Best of Both They Stole $300 of my money this year and every year before they kept asking me to double pay! Internet

OK so I will start from the beginning, Every year for the last 7 years my wife and I have been using the Program called Best Of Both (you put your info in the computer and a real tax professional looks it over and makes any needed changes) OK so, I put in all of my info and send it to the professional, he looks it over and if any changes are needed he calls me and we discuss it via telephone,

let me just say the preparer was great, very polite and  seemed knowledgeable, so i was set to get my return via direct deposit, i received my refund on the expected date but, hr block took more then they were given permission to take, they took $300 from me, so i called the professional and he said i needed to call corporate because they handle the funds, so i called and they told me it was for tax prep fees i didn't pay.

Now #1 Who are they to take my money with out permission? #2 How do they figure I didn't pay them their fees when every year they automatically take their fees from my return on its way to my account? OK so I had to file a case with HR Block, i did that about 3 weeks ago, after the first week i called to get an update and i was told that their was no case in the computer! So i created a second case! and called back about two weeks later,

and yet again their was no case, so just today i opened another case and made sure to get the case number and tried to get some higher ups numbers in case i had any problems, well i got the case number but no information could be found supposedly for any higher up other then a address, so i will be writing a letter to them along with the attorney general and any other review site i find!
