H&r Block didn't file my taxes Online Nationwide

i filed my 2006 taxes with h & r block online. i had to pay up-front to do so, so i used my debit card and paid the fees (almost $200). two months later i still had not received my tax refund so i called the IRS. the individual i spoke to informed me that my taxes had not been filed. so i called h & r block who apologized and said they were going to send me the signature page to sign and fax back to them.

so i did that and called back to make sure that they received it, which they did. a month later, still no refund. i called the IRS again and again was told that my taxes had not been filed. when i called h & r block again they took my name and number and said they would get back to me in a few days. and that was the end of it. i keep calling, and they keep putting me off.

don't file your taxes online with h & r block.
