Went in to Insant tax service to apply for the 1000$ loan on 12/30/11 my car broke down and I really needed the cash I used my last check stub and was approved a loan a 50$ one two weeks laters insant tax called me to come in and sign off on some papers so my return could be sent out on 1/17/2012 as soon as the I.r.s opened when I went in I asked about fees I was told tax prep fee was 279.00$ bank fee 70.00$ and I.r.s.fee was 69.00$ I said ok and signed off for the tax prep lady to efile my return
I was told that I would get my monet back in 24-48 hours after 48i called to see if my loan was there no not today called the next day and was informed I wasntt going ti get the two day loan and my refund would be back on 1/25/12 due to the I.r.s delay I didnt get tht week or the next so for three days I called instant and got a busy signal or no answer at all I figured the fed refund delay has nothing to do with state refund I finally got tired of getting nowhere on the phone so I went to the office today 2/3/12 to my suprise it was a very ling line of people waiting outside to see if their refunds were in I finally made inside after waiting outside in the cold for 45minutes almost just t find out my refund
was not in she pulled up the I.r.s website to show me my refund date was for 2/7 it also showed my expected refund to be 7200$ my tax preparer told me my refund would be 6500$ after fees seeing as how they didnt gice me any paper work I didnt know all of the fees I just thought it was tax prep bank and i.r.s
fees so to my suprise they got 700$ of my federal refund monet can u say scam I thought to mysef thts why they didnt wat to give ppl there tax papers until they picked up there checks they dont wabt u to see how they just scamed you out of a large portion of ur money I hate that I ever went to them and intrusted them with my money the people at the instant tax office was very unprofessional and and was screaming at me when I called them scammers and liars I called the state refund hotline and it said my money was deposited on 1/30/12 so when I asked them where is my state refund they simply said we dont have it yet if anyone have any numbers to bbb or or numbers for me to complain about instant tax service please send to (((email redacted)))
